ANEKA CHEESE CAKE DAN TIRAMISU

Chemp...amik gambar ok. I guna resepi jumpa dalam magazine, senang aje, macam resepi New York Cheesecake, cuma tambah 1 can of pumpkin (yang dalam tin, yang dah lenyek tak dak liquid punya). Lepas tu I letak spice macam one tbs ginger, cinnamon and kalau ada spice ginger pun bagus, kalau tak dak, tak yah. Lepas sejuk I letak 'jam orange or marmalade kat atas dia' then hiris jeruk halia manis and tabur as decoration.

akum semua sini ye,
I ni baru try nak berforum.. sori ye.. dah tua2 ni tiba2 nak gak join!! last week I try buat light cheese cake (chanel2004) tu tapi I punya texture cake ni mcm cheese cake biasa je, tak light or fluffy. ingat kan cake ni light almost mcm japanese cheese cake yg almost mcm sponge cake tu... I cuma nak tau texture dia mcm mana actually.. maybe I silap buat kat mana2 ke... I bukan terror hal2 ni.. tq

x dpt la nak tulung anna39 coz i blom penah try cheesecake yg jenis fluffy cenggitu. mayb or lain yg dah cuba leh bagi feedback.

malam semalam try buat tiramisu pakai lady finger biscuits. Best, rasa macam kek juga sebab dia lembut. Jumpa kat satu kedai tu selepas berbulan2 cari lady finger ni. Nanti nak buat lagi sebab semua orang kata sedap.

ni try tepek gambar chilled cheesecake resepi cik na. cuma tambah jam masa nak makan tu.

ni ciskek yg tak dimekap apa2 ..

pastu since everybody loves tiramisu sooo much.. so i kena buat lagik..
and this time i managed to buy the sponge fingers .. so pakai sponge fingers kali ni.
sponge fingers ni i letak jarak2 hehe.. kes sponge fingers x cukup le tu. tapi best gak sbb cream cheese tu akan fill up the gap and memang enak rasanya bila cream terlebih ni. by the way, i x tambah gelatin pun and i also add grated cadbury choc bar kat lapisan atas sekali..





p/s; nhuda, dah berjaya tepek gambo kali ni

nak tepek tu masa server tgh meragam kut.. puas juga try 2,3 kali.
so bila dah dpt tu x da la nak adjust lagi. sat lg nak submit problem lak.. tu yg bior je tu.

pilot, u tanya pasal tiramisu tu ke?

alahai pilot... memang sedap sesangat..
actually basic resipi i ikut resepi kak hanilieza.. tapi.. heheh ada tapiii nya tu..

tapi, i suka-suka je ubah certain2 things.. ala kalo kita dah selalu buat tu, kekadang memang kita memandai je improvise utk suits our taste kan

in my case, i letak yogurt tu dlm 1-2 sudu je sbb bdk2 tak suka rasa masam yg ketara. for them, masam2 cream cheese tu pun dah cukup. so i omit penggunaan yogurt yg banyak. Also, i cuma guna nescafe yg sgt cair.. kasi rasa kopi skett jek.. coz kalo ikut basic tiramisu memang menggunakan strong coffee flavour kan. yg banyak mkn anak2, so i just don't want to give this young kids too much of coffee.

then in between the layers, i letak sifted cocoa powder. at one time, i even spread blueberry fillings kat satu layer tu.. hihi saja nak kelainan. and on top layer, i akan letak grated cadbury choc bar.. kasi rasa milk choc yg kaw sket

but so far making this tiramisu i memang tak pernah add gelatin. so my tiramisu ni memang lembut and makan scoop dgn sudu jek.

pilot cuba g kat archive or kak liza punya fotopages.. klik kat resepi tiramisu tu.. then apalagi.. cubalah...

sangat mudah dan sedap sesangat
