kalau laser, kos mesti mahal la kut.
cecah ribu2 la jugak rasanya.

betul tu farina, saya setuju sangat.
kalau dah skin care luaran masih tak jalan,baik cuba skin suplemen utk dalaman pulak.
yg ni memang ada perubahan...cuma kita kena pandai pilih apa yg sesuai dgn kulit kita.
takut pulak silap makan alergy pulak.
kena cari yg clinically tested.
sebagai contohnya Pynocare White...terbukti berkesan.

nak tanya lepas laser tu semua hilang ke freckles tu.
lama2 akan dtg balik?
kena maintain engan sapu sunblock kalau tak mau datang balik. I dah 3 tahun dr yang last, adalah sikit freckles but lighten and hanya nampak if tenguk dekat-dekat. kalu pakai foundatoin - tak nampaklah.
Sakit? taklah, rasa macam kena jentik aje.
Tapi sekarang my dermatologist tu recomenkan guna cream sbb dia kata laser tu kalau salah ada side effect iaiut akan jadi semakin banyak dan gelap. Dia kata cream tu yang paling best sekali tapi harganya dlm RM1 k. I lupa pulak nama cream tu.

Just returned from a regional Aesthetics Conference in S'pore. Can't say that there have been major breakthroughs in new technologies but certainly there have been many advancements in improvement in quality of new products & the research to back up their claims. In addition, I've also reconfirmed what I already know to be true so here are a few myth-busting truths:
Melasma
1. Lasers & IPL are not good treatments for melasma. Results are only temporary (can be as short as 1 week) & it ALWAYS relapses within 8 weeks. In many cases, you get post-inflammatory pigmentation which makes your pigmentation look darker. Moreover, you need to do 10 sessions weekly for the 1st 10 weeks to lighten it - this costs RM5K-8K as an initial investment. Subsequently, you have to repeat the procedure at least 1x per month i.e. RM500-800 each month. These costs don't take into account the cost of creams which you have to use concurrently.
2. Treatment protocols are different for lighter & darker skin types, so please consult your doctor. Don't just buy some "miracle cream" from your friendly pirated DVD seller who persuades you to do so because her skin has whitened so much. Chances are her "miracle cream" contains high % hydroquinone & mercury. Don't begrudge your doctor the professional consultation fee because you'll end up paying multifold if things go wrong elsewhere.
3. There is still no miracle CURE for melasma. Whoever holds the cure will be the next multibillionaire on the Forbes list. The only time someone can guarantee you won't get melasma recurrence is when you're post-menopausal & not on HRT (hormone replacement therapy.
4. Everyone has a budget, so always start treatment with some good topical creams & sunblock - these form the foundation of a successful management of melasma. Other in-clinic treatments are add-ons.

nak cara murah tak?..ko cuba pakai sabun susu beras thailand tu seketui baru rm6...insyaallah jeragat akan semakin nipis..tapi tak der lah magic ilang terus...at least nampak berseri2 lah jugak.
aku dah try sabun susu beras tu lebih sebulan...hasilnya walla....jeragat masih ada...tapi kaler dia tak ketara sgt...
laser aku pernah buat...sakit woooo....lepas setahun, jeragat mai lagi...berbaloi lah jugak kuar duit kan. |

No.4 ...ayat doktor tu memang betul2 kena folow la..
susah jugak nak maintain muka ni ya.

tak pernah try lagi susu beras sabun ni.
ada nampak jual kat kiosk dlm tesco.
murah je rm5 seketul.
tapi masih tak beli lagi.
takut muka jadi kering.

depends berapa teruk jeragat kat muka...byk yang kecik2 kita tak perasan..you will be suprised betapa bnyknya jeragat yg kita x nampk...mine the firt one RM1k...following treatment after 6mths/12mths RM300-500. Hari pertama muka macam mak lampir...hehehee sapu vitamin E..By Monday in sha Allah dah boleh pg keje...I have tried a couple of reputable clinic...but Doctor JJ still wins my heart...

after that tk payah pakai special cream...utk hilangkan scar pun doctor bagi vitamin E natapherol (betul ke ejaan)...he is a nice guy..tak push u suruh datang balik ke..suruh beli apa2 product ke...drawback..susah bangat nak jumpa Dr JJ..He is available on Thursday only..kalau tetiba khamis ade emergency operation...sampai kol 8pm lah baru jumpa...tp results are veryyyyy ok..all the best.. |

Freckles memamng akan datang balik..sbb selalu yg byk freckles due to genetic..so kene maintain the treatment setahun sekali je pon.. |

saya..saya...saya buat rawatan utk jeragat...ummp...mcm gitu jugak...takde perubahan pun... |

Yang recommend to me is a doctor jugak..I bgtau pasal masaalah jeragat..she gave me a tube of cream..Dia kata kalau cream ni tak kurangkan jeragat pg dapatkan treatment from Dr JJ... |

ainam, saya dah buat appmnt ngan dia...esok nak gi....care to share camna treatment dia yg takde perubahan tu....baper lama treatment ngan dia? baper $ dah spent? pls...pls....share....esok nak pegi ni

adoi....mula la aku berminat nak jumpa dr JJ lak ni....mesti mahal ek jumpa dia....ubat batuk anak amik kat ampang puteri pun berganda2 rega nya dr kat luar

hari ni i nak sharing...
actually kulit i ok dulu i guna Dior then tukar to Argan oil alhamdulillah mmg ok
tp tiba i teringin nak try Produk T.... ala2 terpengaruh la katanya
akhirnya muka i mengelupas and merah mcm udang and hubby i kata i rasa kasihan pd u syg.....
i stop and now i'm using harsha and alhamdulillah it great gler and hanya Rm 150 and i rasa amat berbaloi malah tahan 2 bln lebih....
and please stop using T... bila i kena sgt teruk produk T mmg ada mercury.....doctoe advise utk x perlu cantik kalau using campuran sebegini
so bg anda yg tahu apa mercury u should tahu right.....
and bersyukur dgn apa yg ada....
and i x nak hurt my self...
