kuih sagu lembut gedik² nama d beri ???? malas nk potong, guna acuan bunga ros.

1 cawan sagu
½ cawan gula(klu x manis boleh tambah)
air
daun pandan
pewarna merah
*basuh sagu dan tos kn sekejap.
*masukkan semua bahan dalam periuk, sekali gn sagu ok..air agak² mcm kita nk masak nasik ja..bukak api perlahan n kacau sampai likat..klu ada putih² lg jgn risau sb nk kukus..tutup api.
*panaskan air kukusan sehingga mendidih.
*tuang sagu ke dalam loyang @ acuan..klu guna acuan sapu minyak sikit.
*kukus sampai sagu masak.
