Nakayama Yuma screams at horror house
A member of JE group, NYC, Nakayama Yuma appeared at the event for “Hi-Chew horror house” on the 11th. Hi-Chew is a popular Japanese soft candy, and Yuma stars in their CM.
“Hi-Chew horror house” is a haunted attraction, which will be opened at Laforet Harajuku (department store) for a limited time of four days, starting on August 12th.
“Hi-Chew horror house” is produced by famous “haunted house director”, Gomi Hirofumi. When Yuma tried the haunted attraction before its release, as soon as any startling action happened, Yuma screamed, “I’m scared! I’m scared! I’m scared!” He also said that it is his first time trying the haunted attraction on foot, and whenever he goes on haunted attractions (on ride), he just closes his eyes and ears.

Tackey alongside dozens of Johnny's Jr. take over a TV game show
Hideaki Takizawa (28) and more than 100 Johnny’s Jr. talents will make up the guest list and studio crowd on a popular Japanese game show, reports The Television.
Tackey and a team of Jr. members he selects will compete in the next “関口宏の東京フレンドパークII (Hiroshi Sekiguchi’s Tokyo Friend Park II)” special to air on September 20.
Johnny’s Jr. talents in the show will include Shintaro Morimoto (13), B.I. Shadow, and Hip Hop JUMP.
The popstars will try out games such as Go! Up Hill, Panic Ringo-ski 2, Wild Wild Duck, and Hyper Hockey.
Tackey will be challenged by trying out the show’s newest game, Panic Ringo-ski 2 (pic), which is a two-person attraction. It requires one person to shoot an arrow at apples on the TV screen while the other person has to try and catch the falling apples with a basket on their back.
Another new game, Wild Wild Duck, will require the Johnny’s talents to do things such as kicking acorns to defeat a mole and playing golf.
It is the second time in history the game show has been completely rented out to its guests; the first being in April when Japanese stage company Takarazuka had made up the guests and studio audience.

Charts: NEWS, EXILE
NEWS claimed #1 on the sales charts this week with their 4th album "LIVE," selling 156,000 copies. This is their fourth consecutive chart-topping album, but it also gives them their 20th consecutive chart-topping release (includes albums, singles, and music DVDs).
Foreign artists Linkin Park and Maroon 5 ranked #2 and #4 respectively with their latest albums. A Vocaloid collection entered at #5, while KREVA, Rina Aiuchi, and THE BACK HORN took the #7 through #9 spots.
On the singles chart, EXILE hit #1 with "Motto Tsuyoku," selling 152,000 copies. This gives them their first number-one single (by Oricon's classification) since last summer.
Also in the top ten this week were new singles from UVERworld (#2), YUKI (#4), Takamiy (#5), Erina Mano (#7), and THE BAWDIES (#8).
On the DVD chart, Hey! Say! JUMP sold 88,000 copies of their new release, giving them the #1 overall spot and their highest first-week DVD sales ever. Meanwhile, the box set for the "Kaibutsu-kun" drama series (starring Arashi's Satoshi Ohno) was #2 at roughly 22,000 copies. That number surpassed the overall sales for popular American shows such as the seventh season of "24" (21,705 copies) and Volume 1 of the first season of "Fringe" (21,526) to become the current highest-selling DVD for any drama series so far this year.
On the Blu-ray rankings, the "K-On!!" anime series ranked #1 with 28,000 copies of its 3rd volume. This gives the franchise (including the first season) total Blu-ray sales of 348,000 copies, overtaking "Bakemonogatari" (331,000 copies) as the #1 anime series in history on Blu-ray.

Kiriyama Akito-san (Kansai Johnny's Jr.) as part of the cast!!
Kiriyama Akito-san (Kansai Johnny's Jr.) will be in "Nagareboshi," starting 2010 October 18th (Mon)!
Kiriyama-san acts as Sawamura Ryota, a boy at the hospital Maria (Kitano Kii) is in. He's a big rakugo fan and tells Maria about how much fun it is. His role is that of a cheerful boy who keeps teasing Maria.
Kiriyama-san started filming just the other day. At first he was nervous, but as filming went on, he started relaxing and quickly turned into "Sawamura Ryota" as soon as he heard the "Ready, start!" shout!!
Filming went on with Kitano Kii-san as Maria, Kawaguchi Haruna-san as Mizuki, and the other cast, and the atmosphere at the site was a peaceful, friendly one throughout.

Details of Kis-My-Ft2’s first photobook revealed
Back in July, we reported that 7 member Johnny’s Entertainment boy group, Kis-My-Ft2 would be releasing their first photobook on October 20th. Now, more details about it, and the title has been revealed. The title of the first photobook is “Kis-My-Ft2-1st“.
The photos were taken in Macau, and it will include 100 questions and answers about the members, as well as each members’ solo-cut, and off-shots.
The cover of the photobook has still not been revealed.

Tidbits from Nagoya 10.10.10
During the Toremoro (Tremolo) performance, Takki accidentally started singing in the middle of the interlude. He realized his mistake immediately and stopped. When the interlude ended, Takki sang his part without any mistakes. But as soon as the song ended, he hung his head down (like he was disappointed in himself for making a mistake even though everything went perfectly during rehearsals).
However, when the next song “Arigatou” began playing, the music suddenly stopped. Apparently, the guitarist Nakaegawa had forgotten to switch guitars. This made Takki really happy and he said “Thank you, Nakaegawa! It wasn’t only me (who messed up)~” lol
