betul la tindakan chef wan tu....bukan sebab dia kerek tp tu pun tugas dan peranan dia jugak sbb dia ...

betul gak tu..kalo wa yg pprt ni masuk MO harus kagum je dgn nyoya laksa MO rm40 tu...sedangkan masakan dia tidak betul..ha.ha.

biasa ler tu kaka...stkat ni kat kl/selangor blm jumpa lg nasi lemak yg btl2 sedap...stakat ok tu  ...

Pernah try nasi lemak kat amjal tak? Depan UM. Malam2 bukak la. Dulu kitorg sgt suka mkn situ..nasi lemaknya cukup lemak. Sambalnya pun cukup segala rasa. Siap boleh tambah itu tambah ini lagi. Taktau la kalau skrg dh takde or tukar pemilik warung nasi lemak tu. Hehee
Kat bangsar tu org ramai kata sedap tp sy rasa sedap lagi warung dkr Amjal tu punye

cofeehouse mo?mosaic ke?datanglah latest recipe le meridien..food sedap..nak mkn steak dtglah prime..oso kat le meridien..rasa dan rege berbaloi2....juz harap chef tu x kene buang keje lah..

iols pernah mkn skaly kt taman dagang,ampang punya foodcourt,mkn kt western stall tapi oder pasta olio....mule2 makan sgtlah x sdap..tawar jer...x rasa ape pon...mcm mee spageti celup2 jer gn mnyak zaitun..dahlaa sotong ade satu tua je...isi ikan secoit jer..rege rm15 kau...sedap lagi pasta olio kt klcc foodcourt tu,rege baru rm8.99 je..bnyak sotong,udang gn isi ikan..tapi sapelah iols untuk nak melahar stall kat taman dagang tu..cuma xdapat nak habeskan jerlah..

Salam morning to everyone.Just landed in KL and on my way home.Flight was abit bumpy most of the time so that kept me awaked.I find the seat on the Airbus Business class not comfortable to sit and too narrow pun.Nasi lemak pun sambal udang from the Melbourne catering kitchen tu dah mcm masak Tomoto and not sambal.Even Rice berkentul2 santan dlm Nasi tu and i told the crew.Sayang la dalam menu tulis Msian favorite breakfast and its not authentic.Strange Nasi Lemak coming back from London dan Paris ok pulak.Ni la bila kita tak jaga consistency and quality rosak nama Nasi Lemak Negara with that kind of quality.Bila la MAS boleh berubah and get our Food right.They been serving this bloody Nasi Lemak for years and i am curious why The Catering kitchen in Melbourne cannot get it right mcm London or Paris.Jika mereka can produce as close as there why Nasi Lenak Sambal Udang must suffer image mereka in Melbourne.Whose looking into all this Quality control?   6d

nasi lemak banyak jenis sambal bukan?
fav akak kalau yg jenis sambal agak kering sebegitu.

di kejiranan akak ada nasi lemak sedap tapi jarang juga akak beli sebab biasa balik rumah dah siap makan.
nasi lemak fullamak kot nama nya.

Ritu naik MAS pun saya bising sbb kek lapis yg diberi pd penumpang mcm rasa kek span! Tak sedap!! Imagine if org yg x penah rasa kek lapis srwk makan kek tu? Mesti depa kata "huk aloh gini jo ko raso ehhh..tak sedak ponnn!"

Agreed with Chef Wan...mmg patut pun chef2 kat situ kena lahar..harga yg mahal coming with superb quality..as a chef u are qualified to cook.. .agaknye..tak pernah la kena complaint by customer..tu yg masak ikut ikut sukahati jek...

akak setuju sambal udang nasi lemak MAS agak fail dan akak tak setuju sambal flight dari paris better sebab yg akak makan hari itu sama macam yg chef wan describe, memang tahap sambal pprt,

nasi lemak pak nasser dalam fligfht airasia much better than that.

Sy setuju lah dgn statement Chef Wan yg chef-chef serta tukang-tukang masak ni patut sediakan hidangan sebaik mungkin, especially tempat-tempat yang charge mahal-mahal nih dan juga MAS. Kita ni yg rakyat biasa2 ni pun berhak utk menikmati hidangan yg lazat pd harga yg berpatutan.

Ramai expat yg bgtau diorg jatuh cinta dgn rendang daging yg MAS sediakan masa diaorg fly ke Malaysia. Dah la kat luar negara la ni bersepah dgn restoran Malaysian, ramai jugak lah yg dah rasa masakan dr Malaysia ni. Jadi kalau kat Malaysia or bila diwar-warkan sebagai 'the authentic' dish, tp rasa ke laut ... sesangat lah malu beb!!

p/s - (CW or peminat2 jgn marah tau) tapi ada sumber yg boleh dipercayai bgtau sy yg hasil masakan CW takde la sehebat mulut dia bercakap. Tatau la kalau hari tu mood masak lari ... sebab rasa hidangan dia pun lari jugak

rega makanan kat hotel 5 star itu expected lah, tak perlu nak meroyan sangat letak harga berapa pun.

yeah...jangan kata melbourne pny flight..yg setakat kch-kl punya flight nasi lemak MAS memang hancusss...dah macam org M'sia taktau pulak rupa nasi lemak tu cemana... btw, kualiti makanan MAS pny flight memang hancusss...
