You have to die first then during the Snake Is Dead screen open up the L2 menu and use the revival pill.
Tip,if you walk till the end of the river you'll find the sorrow's body and you'll die there. Use the revival pill and later when you get your backpack you'll be rewarded with the Spirit camo.

Actually it's not THAT obvious yang anak the boss tu Ocelot. BUT,there is one radio conversation you can trigger with EVA in the caves after the boss fight with Ocelot. I called her quite a number of times till i got it.

In the conversation Snake asked EVA about Ocelot and EVA said that Ocelot is the son of two legendary WWII heroes (something like that la) and his mother has a snake shaped scar. Now it's obvious isn;t it?
