satu liter baru nak 20g kot....tp kalo casein supplement 1 scoop da 2x g

satu lg alternatif ialah cheese

   Sempat lagi tu... Haha
Aku nak story weh, tadi balik keje, aku singgah jap office gym. Memandangkan aku tak buat leg exercise hari ni (aku buat chest ngan shoulder), aku pakai je la slack office.

Nak jadi cerita, aku buat barbell row/shrug. So I guess you guys knows what happened in the end. Hehehe

    Bro boleh kasi idea berapa casein yg diperlukan sehari macam total protein, 1g per pound daily.
Kalau casein ada formula tak?

Rupa2nya casein ni sikit je dalam susu...

Ok soalan lagi.

Katakan kita campur protein whey satu scoop (+- 25g) dgn susu segar (100ml) sbg pre bed food.

Jadi, casein dalam susu lebih kurang 4g.

Adakah ini berkesan memandangkan protein whey merupakan fast acting protein? Bilakah protein whey akan habis digunakan?
Lepas habis guna, sepanjang kita tidur 7-8 jam, kita cuma berbekalkan dgn 4g protein daripada casein tersebut. Betul tak ni?

lemak sumber terakhir yg akan digunakan, bukan muscle. body akan bakar otot dulu sampai 1 tahap baru akan start bakar bakar, nak tunggu bakar lemak tu sgt lama

    bro, aku rs ko da terkeliru ni...nape nak formula lain ntuk casein? casein ni protein gak, rantaian amino acids. cara kira protein sume sama bro.
Bila aku tulih protein, bukannye merujuk protein supplement atau whey, tapi protein in general, ayam, ikan, daging, kekacang, whey, casein dan lain2.

apa yg membezakan diorg ni ialah BV(biological value) yg berlainan. BV ni efek kepada kadar serapan dan juga kepantasan serapan oleh badan.
in case ngn whey n casein ni, tk perlu pn formula yg berbeza, tp apa yg ko perlu adalah TIMING guna benda ni.... tu je..

pd aku tk perlu pn nk tau berapa casein dlm tu? cuma ko kira berapa intake protein per day.


aku mgkn ada slh di mana2, sesapa yg lebih berpengatahuan bleh betulkan

    pening plak aku baca web tu. selalunye susu dikira sbg casein je @ slow digested sebab kandungan dia 80% casein dan 20% whey.
kalo nk tido tu, drop je whey tu, simpan ntuk post-wo

whey absorbs as fast as 20minutes, casein up to 7 hours....(lupe dah aku baca mana)
