    Sebenarnya, aku salah train hari tu. Kat gym condo aku, ada multistation. Aku pakai tempat buat bench press utk buat squat sebab xde power rack situ. Lepas aku buat tu, tiba2x lengan rasa sakit. Fikir punya fikir, aku rasa teknik aku salah sebab sepatutnya guna otot lower body, tapi camner lengan lak leh sakit. Skrg ni nak wat bench press xleh dapat maksimum sebab bahagian tu sakit. Aku x jumpa doktor sebab x serious tapi annoying betul bila buat workout yg guna shoulder joint. X pasti la ligamen ke tendon yg sakit sebenarnya ni...

Rupa2nya ayam bhgn dada baru provide 30g protein. Kalau makan nasi ayam tu mmg x cukup la sebab selalu portion yg dihidang mmg kecik.
Telur 3g tu campur dgn kuning telur sekali kan. Sikit betul protein camtu. Nak tak nak kena la amik protein whey utk cukupkan jumlah protein seharian.

    Katakan training habis pukul 10 mlm dan x sempat dinner sebelum tu. Adakah kita kena makan nasi utk replace glycogen sebelum tidur? Atau memadai makan protein shj utk dinner kita.

    3g putih telur sahaja. 5-7g whole eggs bergantung size telur.
whey protein tkde la mahal sgt RM 2.xx per serving sahaja kalo pandai carik.

    kebetulan smalam ada sorang ASP bercrita pasal 1 gym di cheras yg memaksa sapa register gym dia utk amik supplement dia jual. dilarang sama skali beli di luar, siap tulis dlm borang, jika tidak amik dan xde result jgn salahkan dorang. . gym mana tu?

    kalau utk replace glycogen store, boleh amik glucose. seeloknya dptkan protein base food sbelum tido utk recovery n prevent muscle lose time tido.

balik tido der....kalo sempat makan la protein based food cam ayam tandoori ke. pastu sblm tido ambik casein @ susu supaya masa tido tak jd catabolism

emmm...mcm tak sedap plak aq nak bgtau gym mane, tapi melayu punyer... mbe aq terima secara positif lar nasihat broder gym tu sbb die kata kalau tak amik pil / suplement tu susah & lambat nak jadi....

tapi aq still tak beli pun sbb tak mampu lar satu botle RM280 tak termasuk yuran jadi ahli gym.. maknenye mbe ksungguhan aq di tahap rendah lg kot.....hehehe

bergantung kpd makers, ada yg satu serving 1 scoop, ada yg satu serving 3 scoop.
kene belajar cara baca nutrition profile. x susah pn, luangkan masa baca je.
selalu nutrition profile bergantung kpd serving yg dicadangkan la.
