Ya betoi eena. Saya guna bain marie method nak cairkan chocolate, then bila dia cool down sikit, saya masukkan ke dlm mixture cream cheese tuh

Saya guna 300g cooking chocolate, and saya lebihkan cream cheese sikit. Recipe asked for 500g, tspi dsys guna 650g. Dapatlah cake seberat 1.8kg.

hehehe..jangan tanya soulha bab beza membeza nie pandai makan dan buat jer..tp cuba mOn tengok kat resepi soulha tepek tu..rasa kat meringue tu kot yg membezakan dia koot...gebu cheesecake nie macam cotton.

Ok nie resepi yg soulha buat cheese cake kat atas tu..ada modife skit2..resepi dr kak yusnina..rasa2 akak nina tk tepek lg kot kat sini..sorry klu terlepas pandang..

JAPANESE SOUFFLE CHEESE CAKE

250 GRAM CREAM CHEESE
75ML FRESH MILK
130 GRM GULA CASTOR
4 BIJI TELUR(ASINGKAN PUTIH & MERAH)
40GRM TEPUNG JAGUNG
1/2  SUDU KECIL CREAM OF TARTAR.
1 SUDU KECIL JUS LEMON.

CARA PENYEDIAANNYA:-

PANASKAN OVEN 180'..ALASKAN ACUAN TIN 18CM.PANASKAN CREAM CHEESE DANSUSU DIATAS API YANG KECIL SEHINGGA CREAM CHEESE LARUT.KEMUDIANMASUKKAN SEPARUH GULA CASTOR,SETELAH GULA HAMPIR LARUT..ANGKAT,
MASUKKAN KEDALAM BEKAS,KEMUDIAN MASUKKAN TELUR MERAH DAN TEPUNG JAGUNG SERTA CREAM OF TARTAR..GAUL SEKADAR RATA.

PUTIH TELUR DIPUKUL BERSAMA JUS LEMON..HAMPIR2 GEBU  MASUKKAN LEBIHAN GULA CASTOR TADI, PUKUL SEHINGGA MENJADIMERINGUE .KEMUDIAN MASUKKAN MERINGUE INI KEDALAM ADUNAN CHEESETADI..BUAT SECARA KAUP BALIK SHJ.TUANG KEDALAM ACUAN..BAKAR SECARA BAINMARIE.

pinKy cheesecake nie mmg gebu sungguh macam kacip kata adunan dia memula mmg lembik..sbb merigue telur putih tu,yg menyebabkan dia gebu gitu..Kat bawah tu nampak kurang masak skit sbb masak tengh masak black-out..kira2 5minit jer lg...tp oklah tklah mcm tk msk terus..pastu kek nie msak jer terus kena kuarkan dari oven...nanti dia penyek semula.

SATU LAGI RESEPI COTTON CHEESE CAKE KAT PAGE BELAKANG

Resepi dari kak Yusnina..
BLUEBERRY COTTON CHEESECAKE
Bahan-bahan

A
250 gm cream cheese
50 gm mentega
100 ml susu segar

Semua bahan disatukan dan dimasak secara double boiler - sejukkan

B
60 gm superfine flour
20 gm tepung jagung
6 telur kuning
1/4 sudu kecil garam
1/4 sudu kecil pewarna grape
1 sudu kecil esen blueberry

Bahan-bahan ini dimasukkan ke dalam adunan A yang telah disejukkan tadi - kacau hingga sebati.

C
6 telur putih
1/4 sudu teh cream of tartar
140 gm gula pasir

Putih telur diputar hingga berbuih. Masukkan cream of tartar, putar lagi dan masukkan gula - putar hingga kembang dan berbentuk 'soft peak'. Campurkan secara kaup balik ke dalam adunan tepung tadi.

Bakar menggunakan acuan bulat 8' yang telah digris dan dialas dengan kertas minyak - bakar secara bain marie. Bakar selama 1 1/2 jam pada suhu 160'C.

kacip, saya memang suka makan cheese cake, tapi yg jenis 'firm' punya lah.. agaknya memang my nature ni tak suka makan kuih2 lembek mcm kuih lapis, kuih talam tu semua kot.. I prefer karipap agaknya sebab tu jugak I tak prefer cheesecake jenis yg soft ni... tapi takpe, I tau le next time nak buat ikut resepi tu boleh je, just kurangkan kandungan liquid dia.. coz rasa dia ok dah, cuma texture dia a bit soft utk tekak i..

pinKy, topping tu strawberry filling beli kat bakery supply.. actually masa tu nak beli blueberi, tapi takde lak.. hangkut jelah strawberry tu..
