bila kita tak makan apa2,badan kita still dapat energy daripada fat..bila fat dah abis digunakan dalam badan kita,baru lah body kita ni akan guna tenaga daripada otot kita..

tu yang ada kes dimana orang yang sesat dalam hutan boleh hidup sampai 12 hari tanpa makan apa2,sebab tenaga untuk bernafas,berjalan dan sebagainya digunakan oleh lemak dalam badan kita..daripada orang tu gemoks,boleh jadik kurus..

bila sumber lemak dah abis,baru lah protein akan digunakan sebagai tenaga..protein dalam badna kita ialah otot2 badan dan otot organ..jantung juga terdiri daripada lapisan otot yang tebal,so tak mustahil bila kesemua sumber tenaga dah abis digunakan dalam badan,otot jantung akan digunakan untuk menghasilkan tenaga..last2 sekali mati..

bila kita tengok kes2 kebuluran kat negara miskin afrika,budak2 yang tak cukup makan akan mati..sebab sumber tenaga dalam badan dah abis digunakan..pertama karbohidrat..kat sana of kos susah nak dapat makan..abis..bila abis,emak pulak..biasanya lemak ni daripada intake source..kalau makan pun tak cukup,macam mana nak dapat lemak..last2 sekali baru otot/protein,,bila dah abis mati..budak2 ni mati dalam keadaan yang ngeri ( kurus sangat,sampai rangka pun boleh nampak..)

lemak sumber terakhir yg akan digunakan, bukan muscle. body akan bakar otot dulu sampai 1 tahap baru akan start bakar bakar, nak tunggu bakar lemak tu sgt lama.

Kalau tendon kat shoulder sakit, ada x cara nak kasi sembuh cepat.

    utk trigger weight increament ada byk cara, mungkin boleh varykan training, contoh kalau biasa main speed 2s concentric eccentric, mungkin boleh buat 4s. slow movement. atau kalau biasa muscle training, boleh tukar ke power training 1-6 reps 85%-100% 1RM. byk lg cara

setiap individual lain cara pemakanan, depend ngan condition/weight. paling mudah, boleh amik formula biasa, 0.4g protein per lbs body weight utk sedentry, kalau main gym, amik average 1g protein per lbs body weight. sebanyak contoh berat 200 lbs, boleh amik sehari 200g protein. kalau dibahagi 8, dpt 25g protein/meal. ayam dada average 30g protein, telur AA 3g protein n so on, nak crita bab protein dlm makanan, mmg 1000 thread pun x abis.

utk portion carb boleh amik dlm nisbah 40carb:40protein:20lemak, lemak baik diperlukan dlm diet sehari. seeloknya kita ikut pyramid pemakanan. recommended by WHO makan setiap jam tp sapa sanggup makan setiap jam, cubalah 3 jam sekali makan, dimulakan dgn breakfast, then mid breakfast, lunch, minum petang, dinner, supper, late supper. terpulang pada pembahagian sendiri.  makanan sehari dikira berdasarkan total intake kalori dalam sehari, jd tidak ada masalah utk makan malam jika masih dllm keperluan kalori

    o...mcm tu ek....bkn pe bro aq jjln kat gim haritu broder tu ckp ubat ni wajib amik...tp aq tak beli pun sbb x mampu...hahaha..

aq yg paling payah skali ni tang 'eat'.... memang menguji nafsu tul lar.....lagi2 nak elak mkan makanan yg berminyak cukup payah....
