akak, shida tak pernah makan cotton cheese cake. ni pun 1st time baru buat. yang ni tak lawa. pasal shida tak ratakan permukaan kat atas tu. so dia jadi le cam tu bersopak

mcm2 cheskek ada.....2 hari lepas sy buat marble cheskek moknik ....kira kali k3 buat cheskek la......sy buat half jer.....mmg sedap tp x puas makan sbb ada tetamu mai hidang kat diaorg...potong kecik2 sbb skit pastu habis tambah lg.........tp x pe sekurang2nya sy x terlebih makan la......lepas ni nak try cheskek lain plak....skrg ni tgh ketagih cheskek....klau dulu sblum join forum ni cheskek pun sy x tau

mungkin beza tang tekstur..dia agak 'manja' skett...hehe..

CHIPSMORE CHEESECAKE
Bahan Base
150 gm biskut chipsmore [mesinkan/hancurkan halus]
5 s/b butter [suhu bilik]
Bahan Kerim
500 gm cheese cream philidephia
300 ml yogurt asli
100 gm gula halus [gula kastor]
150 gm biskut mini chipsmore
Larutan agar-agar cair
120 ml air panas mendideh
1 s/b agar-agar serbuk
Cara
1. Gaulkan biskut chipsmore dengan butter dan tekankan dalam loyang springfoam 8 inci.
2. Bakar dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan 170'C selama 10 minit.
3. Pukul cheese cream dan gula sehingga kembang [sebati].
4. Masukkan yogurt kacau rata.
5. Masukkan larutan agar-agar cair dan kacau sebati.
6. Masukkan biskut mini chipsmore dan kacau lagi perlahan2 supaya biskut tidak hancur.
7. Masukkan dalam loyang dan taburkan sedikit biskut yg dimesinkan.
8. Sejukkan dalam petisejuk beberapa jam.
9. Keluarkan dan potong gunakan pisau yg telah diapanskan.
10. Hidangkan. |

semalam wat blueberi cheesecake kak azah...tak letak blueberi sebab tak ada..
saya tambah yogurt perisa blueberi/cheesecake tuh...sedapp jugak... |

tadi tgk rancangan chef diva pastu era ada buat dessert tiramisu pandan.....yg menariknya dia buh dlm daun pandan mcm tepung pelita tu....nyum2 sedapnya |
