Apakah unsur unsur yg you may find it a bit of a challenge during the second and third stages tu, Mizlala?
Diaorg bag feedback tak afetr the interview or lepas PAC tu...on the things you need to improve bukan apa rasionalnya saya tanya soalan ni ialah : whatever i do i want to learn something from it..ini bagus untuk self - reflection and bebenda macam ni makes you grow and be a better person and this is crucial part of being a mature adult i guess...

uish takut pulak aku membaca soalan ini, cam panel penemuduga PTD pulak?
Hmmmmmm...my hands on experience in technical skills with ability to produce innovative and concepts of management, work as a team palyer, meet deadlines and together with attention to detail which can contribute to the success of management planning. Moreover, my past working experience required me to perform direct work and interaction with local consultants, contractors and customers as well as overseas support team in aspect of problem solving. In addition, together with my formal education both in technical and management, I hope it will be able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical personnel. Therefore, as govt want to see the technology especially communication and information being the catalyst for Malaysia to be developed nation, I believed I am suit to be one of the servant to my country as PTD.
p/s: copy and paste dari resume dgn sedikit penambahan...haha

i bukan panel no worry , i just want to know whay people suka sangat PTD ni- is it for the JOB, career or the glamour of it so to speak..... for me a career is important coz it lies the basis of everything - it entails u as aperson, as a contributor to this developing nation ( such an idealist type of thinking but i think this is where you might need to know YOURSELF already , the skill sets that you have, your personality, the working ambience that youknow you could thrive in , enahncing the potential) |

Every job as its own challenges and requirements in order to be good on it. Any job can be a platform for ones career if they see it as a process of developing a jumping stone to gain experiences. Whether you are a PTD officers, engineers, drivers, cleaners or anything else, its up to ones mission and objective on taking the job offered. My mission and objective to take a job offer is the knowledge that I can gain which come along with benefits to the basic needs for my family .
Experience is proportional to knowledge. As for me, PTD will be a huge opportunity to gain wider experience because of its function and exposer in the govt.. From what I have learned, PTD are the key personnel who is responsible to ensure all the govt mission and vision to be executed as it is planned by the party ruler. They are trained to plan, lead, organise and control for any task given. What can I see eventhogh I am not in PTD yet, the biggest challenge in becoming PTD is the huge responsibilities that are given by the tax payer to us to serve them for a better life for tomorrow. |

Based on your postings , I think there are a few elements that could be the luring factors which attract people to this post in the first place . First and foremost it always the advantage offered by the post to the person assuming the post of course ! and not to mention the benefits gained by the person etc.
Secondly, of wanting more exposure to the outside world this in itself is a very humbling, good and effective elements to improve or developing oneself.
Thirdly, hmm... It may sound rather odd but i need to say this though it's just a " noble" notion or idea that you are going to become the key personnel who would be at the forefront in either receiving, executing the government policies , mission objectives etc OR being the one spearheading a particular entity / aspects / whatever the goverment intended for you to venture into , and usually something that would exert huge economic, political , development impacts ( or rather in strategic "matters" so to speak ).
Then after my reading your posts and seeking for some inputs/insights from a person , I guess I pretty much "know" ( i knew it all along actually but i think i just being enlighten by the very fact of it from a person....a few minutes ago ...bless him ......hahaha ) on what is meant by having a "JOB" or a "career ". What are the defining lines in deciding whether a post is a "career" or just a nice , secured "job". I guess there might also be a few posts that would offer similar degree of opportunities as well which suit one's interest , skill sets etc etc...
I have to ask myself this pertinent question a few times really ...because it is essentially important for me to find a real solid rationale or reason as to why I am seeking for the post. This is basically stemmed from the fact that I wanted to "seing" myself not as the person who would assume the post in "just a few months " basis but as the person who ( if God permits & kalau Dia izinkan, and if it suits my interest ) to be in that line of work for years and years to come. That's why I am of the opinion that one's interest should be prioritised when deciding on the career path should one have the choices or being given the opportunity by Allah to choose. But then, ALLAh itu Maha Kaya, kan so hmm..rezeki masing masing. Thank you for your input and good luck. PAC tu pun bagus I take it as a good learning process. Humans are capable of learning anyway....Allah has made us that way...bless you.

well...PTD is one of the choices that we can expect a bright career path in the govt... as long as you work hard and be sincere in what are you doing....
other post in others sectors have their own benefits but I think because of numbers of vacancy offered (almost every year they offer) might be one of the reason fpr all us hoping that we might 'sangkut' to fill the offer.
anyway...every job or career ada hikmah Tuhan letakkan kita di situ.... |
