It has already been reported earlier in the season that Drogba was keen to leave the club following the dismissal of Jose Mourinho and that reality looks to be a step closer with news of further dressing room unrest in West London.

According to the News of the World, Drogba and Ballack clashed before Chelsea's recent victory over Arsenal and the paper also claims the striker has rowed with both Claude Makelele and goalkeeper Peter Cech before the Carling Cup defeat to Spurs in February.

Zico: Our Spirit Can Down Chelsea

Zico has backed Fenerbahce抯 team spirit to get them through to the Champions League semi-finals as they prepare to face Chelsea in the second leg of their quarterfinal at Stamford Bridge

The Turkish giants effected an inspired come-from-behind victory in the first leg in Istanbul, as substitute Colin Kazim-Richards came off the bench to draw the home side level before Brazilian forward Deivid well and truly made up for his first-half own goal with an immense winner from 40 yards.

Despite heading to London with a 2-1 lead, the Turks remain underdogs to advance as they will face a Blues team that boasts an impressive home record, having not been beaten at Stamford Bridge since eventual champions Barcelona earned a 2-1 victory in their Champions League quarterfinal in 2006.

But the Fenerbahce manager is adamant that with confidence and self-belief his team can emulate Barca抯 efforts of two years ago, and in the process become the first Turkish side to reach the Champions League semi-finals.

"When you look at the number of quality players we have, we are a bit behind Europe's other top teams," said Zico.

"But in terms of having a team spirit, I don't think we lack anything. No achievement comes without hard work.
