mel...now dia dh tuka dh minimum kena ada 2 jualan dari 10 n i dh call perkeso dia kata tu bukan rules diaorg tapi dari majikan yg offer gig. i watsap dia lansung tak balas. nak tau if tk dpt 2 jualan tp still buat task sharing tu dpt elaun perkeso ke tak. kalau tak dpt i dh tanya perkeso dh dia sugest suruh cancel n try join program lain |

sometime dont we all wish we have someone u know.. in real life tat u can talk to at any time...i mean u all forumers have been so suportive tp kadang tepikir best kan kalau ada someone yg bila kita tgh down..they will be there for u anytime..selain spouse... like adik bradik ke...tat one bff ke...mcm sitcom omputih hehe..one call away je. i dulu sll wish ada adik bradik rapat yg i can talk to bout anythg..or tat 1 bff yg i can call n just said..i cant sleep..can we talk..ah gittew..i use to have tat...i miss it. bila dh kawin branak pinak ni smua dgn life masing2... n ofcoz the world does not revolves around u je..
i felt so empty sometime...but probably sbb i tgh down tats why i membebel kt sini huhu. bila malam cmni i selalu overthink....wat shld i do wat shld i doooo. haih. ok gdnite everyone. |

Its ok sis. I also ada kawan rapat, cina. Dia tua dari i. Dia cerai, and sgt2 sedih. So i ada je dgn dia sepanjang masa tu. Dia selalu ckp, sbb i dia tak jadi nk terjun jambatan
Tapi masa i depress baru ni, dia cakp kat i dia takde pengalaman tentang tu, so x boleh komen.  eh kita ada dgn dia dulu tiap kali dia perlukan walau kita takde pengalaman dgn masalaah dia tu. Kdg2 kita cuma perlu moral support je, tu pun x boleh bg.
Ada kakak tapi tak rapat sbb i dari kecik tinggal ngn nenek.
Nasib ada kwn malay suruh i solat hajat. I pun buat la lebih dari 3x. Sblom ni dah lama x tunaikan solat sunat. I nangis sungguh2 n minta sungguh2.

anyway, im sure bukan u sorang je lalui fasa ni. Im sure selalunya bila situasi mcm ni ladies lebih strong dan sabar dan x give up.
sabar dan sabar dan buat satu persatu, fokus apa yang u rasa u boleh go with. Control ur mind. Jangan depress..anggap tough time ni is a challenge sebabkan lagi Allah duga lagi Allah sayang..so jgn give up. Ramai je yg lalui kedaan yg similar but u still lucky sbb u boleh share dgn kami kat sini..so jgn give up. Never ever. |

hi mod! i okay. just biasala. as bipolar my mood will go exremely low sometime for no reason. ni duk chanel ke shopee. nk sort evrythg.one by one. i think tula ...too much thinking ...tkle nk pkir one by one cmni la jadinya  byk pkir pasal kewangan actualy..so just nk tenanng kn otak jap ...but anyone nak talk ke nything i ok je dun wori bout me. reach me kt chat shopee ye .
anyway sama mcm myhusb lps booster baru ni dia demam terus huhu. get well soon ye |

bila dh berumah tangga mesti dh kurang kawan..
mcm iols sunyi sbb anak tunggal kan.. so nk harap siapa utk mengadu2 sedih.. mak iols plak anxiety..
mmg tak mau la cerita kt dia nanti lagi trigged panic attack dia..
yes iols paham ape maksud uols tu.. ade rakan berbual bila kita kesunyian slain spouse kan..
bila bekerja jumpa kawan2.. bila balik rumah rs alone sumtimes..
tadi ayah iols inform mak iols tgh mengamok hentak kepala n pecahkan pinggan kat dapur..
mmg mampu bersabar dan cuba tenangkan dia dari jauh thru fon je.. nak lari pergi tgk mak tgh keje plak..
as long x mudarat keadaan shud be ok kot?

dia ok tak tu ???? pada i kalau dia harm kn diri dia mcm kena jumpa doc psy lain je u. risau lak.
dulu masa kerja ada kawan2 yg prihatin..bila dh brenti dh buat hal masing2. n since i cmni i pun tk nk nyusahkn diaorg dgn masalah2 i nanti i takut kena kecam balik huhu |
