cip....i beli spring form yg murah sekali tu...size tak sure...20cm kot? mmg separuh aje. bila i bukak spring form tu terkejut  tgk the base sama tebal dgn the cheese filling..uwaaaaa!

maknanya, tenko nya recipe tu for the crust/base tu kena kurangkan sikit. tu pun i dah buang 1/4 cup of the base coz i rasa cam byk. so the ukuran me think should be 1 cup of biscuits (instead of 1 1/2 cups). and perhaps nak byk bykkan sikit the filling use 750gm of cream cheese. but i think the baked recipe 500 gm of cream cheese is fine kot...pasal campur flour kan,...so dia cam naik sikit.

nanti i paste the pic of the cheesecake....ingat nak deco tonite, but penatttt ya rabbi...sampai umah kul 10.30 coz ada UT dinner. nampak gayanya, bday boy dgn kids leh tiup2 lilin only tomorrow!

kak liza, saya buat peach cheesecake kak liza, tapi tengok base kak liza nipis, filling tebal, saya punya sama tebal. so nak tanya, 200gm oreo tu berat biskut sebelum hancur ke yg dah hancur?

tapi rasa memang 5 bintang. cuma bila nak makan tu base dia kena buang sikit.

berat 200gm tu dah hancur atau belum adlah sama...

maybe loyang kakliza tu lebar sikit kot..dan u punya kecil sikit agaknya...

Tq for mencuba ciskek tu...

anyway kakliza tengah bakar kek Keju Coklat Rice...
resepi asal dari Nina ..kek keju carrot...
tapi sebab anak2 tak suka carrot sangat..
so kakliza tukarkan ngan coklat rice..

KEK KEJU COKLAT RICE

Bahan
150 gm cheese cream philidephia
125 gm butter
200 gm gula kastor
5 biji telur
1 s/t esen vanilla
220 gm tepung superfine       ]   
1 sudu kecil  baking powder   ]  ayakkan
60 gm coklat rice

Cara
1. Pukul cheese cream, butter dan gula sehingga kembang dan gebu.
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu. Kacau rata.
3. Masukkan esen vanilla.
4. Gaulkan tepung dengan coklat rice supaya rata.

5. Masukkan adunan tepung dan coklat rice dalam adunan butter yg telah kembang tadi.
6. Bakar pada suhu 150'C selama 70 - 75 minit.
7. Sejukkan dan hidangkan.


NOTA: boleh juga gunakan tepung gandum tapi rongga kek/texture akan kasar sikit.

kalau guna 20 cm alamat mmg nipis sgt...
tapi tu laa..apa2 pun kek nie mmg sedapp tau..
saya pun deco gak kek nie..nk cover bagi tinggi skett..wakaka..
saya drizzle dgn white choc then susun strawberry on top..
nanti jgn lupa tepek tau..nk tgk..mesti lawa kan..

setelah membuat dan melayari internet, i dapati mostly ratio 1 cup of biscuit for base for 500gm cheese, baru filling tu tebal.

ni dia hasilnya lepas di deco. pasal the base tu...i perasan minenya kat tepi yg ternaik tinggi, kat tengah2 tak tebal sgt. but mmg kena kurangkan the biscuits, sebab kita ada add serbuk almond/hazel kan. sebab mmg i kena remove less than half cup hari tu pasal too much.

but rasanya......sungguh enak sekali! since i campur dgn cadbury yg ada almond tu, so kat dlm cheese tu ada kacang2...sedap la weh! cuba la u all...thanks so verrrry much to tenko!









sila abaikan tulisan  yg horror tu. i ni tulis kat atas kertas oun cam cakar ayam, ni kan pula atas cake!! kehheheh!

marshmallow's.............saya pernah guna cara gini. beli cake board yg lebih kurang sama saiz dgn acuan springfoam dan letak sebagai alas dlm acuan tu. memang payah nak cari yg betul sama saiz ni. tapi dah few times buat, nampaknya ok. bila kek dah masak, kita cungkil sikit je board dari acuan dan dah tak risau nak transfer cake lagi dah. harap membantu.
