By law tak boleh tau. So i’m not sure how this will go. Tu la i cakap, kepam ni selalu buat keje tak pikir. She’ll do things first then deal with the consequences later. Umur dah nak masuk 40, anak dah 4, pung pang smart tp alahai…. |

Oh wow tis is amazing search. Brilliant job, so actually memang legally kepam ni takder civil marriage lah. Pic depan civil court tu cuma tipu jer lah. Don't think in US it is legal to have 2 wife at the same time. It's bigamist n it's against the law in US. So i suspect just nikah saja but no civil marriage.

I don't think he applied n knowing kepams yg bodoh nak mampus, dia mana tau ni semua. With his divorce still pending he can't even apply for gc for kepams lorr. Kepams sudah tentu overstays dibumi US sana kalo mcm ni.

Ya mmg illegal tapi kan, walaupun nikah Kat masjid, they would still ask for that marriage license sebab they have to go by the law jugak. Any officiants yg officiate your marriage kena ikut undang undang the state. Unless la kalau dia sogok orang masjid |

Kalo nikah dimasjid they will not asked for marriage license bcos they are not liable to inform the authorities regarding the religious marriage. They will advise the couple before conducting the nikah that they should apply for marriage license n get married legally according to law. I went through tis process before so m saying tis through my own experience but tis was 40yrs ago. Maybe skang dah tukar tidak lah i ketahui but i guess it is still the same. Tu yg depa nikah kat semejid tu. |

Correct. Kawin in US, you have to apply for marriage license baru depa boleh kasi kawen.

According to Plan A and Plan B tu, memang kena apply marriage license. |
