Bendi Sumbat Cili

Bendi tu kukus  semasa wap tu betul-betuk panas.Lepas kukus baru potong ekor dan kepalanya

cili...

Cili hidup

bawang merah kecil ,cili merah dan udang hidup (basah)---semuanya blend dgn sedikit air.

Tumiskan bahan yang diblend hingga agak kering jgn garing tak sedap sangat.Masukkan gula dan garam jika suka masam masukkan setengah biji limau kasturi.



Inilah hasilnya....





dalam gambar tu isi ayam ...udang saya kehabisan

sayur campur kobis panjang



bahan:
kobis panjang
tauhu putih
fish ball+fish cake
ikan bilis
udang kering-rendam
daun bawang
cili merah -hiris
bwg putih+ bwang merah (hiris)
air
minyak
garam

cara:

tumis bawang, udang kering, ikan bilis sampai naik bau
masukan cili merah yg tlh dihiris
masukkan fish ball + fish cake + tauhu
masuk kan sedikit air
masukkan sayur kobis panjang tumis hingga agak masak
masukkan sedikit air, kacau
bubuh garam
bubuh daun bawang..
siap!!

ye ke...hehehe ...selama ni lepas potong asu basuh lagi sekali. asam podeh melaka blom try masak lagi,takde time yg free lagi la,tapi nak masak jugak bila time off day. projek yg terbaru this coming off day nak buat tapai pulut,first time nak try buat

selalunya masa kak liza beli bendir..
memang pilih yg kecik comei tu..patah hujung yg tirus tu..[nak pastikan bendir muda laaa..]
masa nak masak tu basuh dan potong yg pangkal jer....
pastu terus masak gulai kari atau asam pedas..

tapi kalau nak goreng..
memang kak liza basuh dan potong serung..pastu terus goreng....

suka makan masak lemak labu dgn tulang ikan masin dan tumis air labu air yg bubuh black pepper dan suun.Pucuk paku masak lemak dan goreng belacan pucuk paku pun sedap.Minggu depan ni menu bykkan makan sayur je.

belum pernah masak kari atau asam pedas dengan bendi ni, tapi hari tu makan di restoran ikan pari asam pedas, ada campur bendi...wow sedapnya :mll:

selalu masak bendi tumis saja.....

bawang merah, putih, lada padi...ditumbuk....mesti
udang kering...ditumbuk....optional
kicap atau oyster sauce

Tumis bahan tumbuk, masukkan bendi, gaul rata, campur kicap atau oyster sauce atau kedua-duanya....jika terlalu kering masukkan sedikit air.....

air
minyak 2 sudu

cara:
tumis bawang hiris dan udang kering hingga naik bau
masukkan  4 cawan air -terpulang nak banyak mana kuahnya
biar mendidih
masukkan kentang yg telah dipotong kecil/nipis
masukkan soohun yg tlh direndam tadi
masuk tahu kering
masukkan kincam
masukan garam, masuk gula sket utk seimbangkan rasa
sayur ni  kuahnya masam sket iaiatu dr sayur kincam tu


ada org panggil kincam ni dgn nama lain..

Nie resepinya maklang,



Stuffed Cabbage

2 lb lean ground beef ------------> maisya guna lebih kurang 1 cawan daging cincang
1/2 cup short grain rice, uncooked
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 eggs ------------------------------> maisya guna sebijik jer
2 large heads of white cabbage (NOT Savoy) -----> maisya guna separuh kobis saiz beso
2 litres tomato juice ---------------> maisya guna sos tomato jer, pastu campur air kasi dia cair
maisya tambah salt & pepper pada adunan daging tu

Cut the cores out of the cabbages, then steam for ten minutes. Run them under cold water and then carefully peel the leaves away, taking care not to rip them if possible. Put any unusable leaves to the side; they won't go to waste. --------->yg ni maisya guna cara yg lain sikit, maisya buat camni: Begin by carefully separating the cabbage’s leaves. In a deep pot, boil the leaves in plain water for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes in the boiling water, take out the cabbage leaves and let them dry and cool off.

Mix all the other ingredients, except for the tomato juice, in a bowl. Use your hands to really combine everything well. Make an oblong meatball about two inches long and a little under an inch thick, place it in the curled hollow of a cabbage leaf, and roll into a neat parcel. (You will have to adjust this depending on the size of the particular leaf you're working with, but I'm sure you're smart enough to figure that out.) Do this until you've used all of the meat mixture; I used half these quantities and ended up with about twelve cabbage rolls, so this should yield 24 or so.

Line a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan or stock pot with any unused cabbage leaves. (This will keep the bottom layer of cabbage rolls from burning, and also provide either a cook's treat -- the leaves can be eaten after cooking -- or the basis, with the leftover cooking juices, for a batch of soup.) Carefully layer the stuffed cabbage in the pan, then pour in the tomato juice to cover them. Bring to the boil, then keep at a low simmer for at least an hour. Extract a cabbage roll and cut through the middle to ensure that the meat is fully cooked; when it is, your stuffed cabbage is done. ----->maisya masak guna pressure cooker so masak sekejap jer....dalam 10 - 15 minit dah siap.
