Haha. Iolls lepas anak dah 2 tahun baru berjaya nak buat IF n turun berat. I bf baby memang cepat betul lapar memang tak dan nak diet.

Sory i skip baca , tapi i just nak ckp doctor i kata konsep kita kat malaysia ni salah bila nak kurus.

Bila i pikir make sense jugak no wonder diet semua kelaut. I think best is to know our body dulu what we need and what we dont.

Still makan macam biasa but small portion. I think i start today la..i will only take 3 the max spoon of rice, sbb kalau x makan nasi rasa nak  pengsan lapar ni pun baru habis bedal biskut sebungkus tp mcm x cukup...

IF ni mmg la bagus to those yg boleh bertahan.  So marilah kita cuba sekali lagi ...hahahaha sampai kurus  maybe sampai hujung nyawa hehehehe

rendang jugekkkk...1.5m, berat 56kg to 56.5kg sebulan dah.
kurang 2kg je kot.
takpelah...i jaga2 asalkan jarum tu taknaik.

erkkk sikitnya... i 165cm dedulu 73kg now 68kg nak turun 60 pun jadilah..

yeee sikit sebab i tak bersungguh..lunch sepinggan nasi+air manis, waktu lain tak minum manis dah. inchi loss byk tapi berat turun 2kg..so tak kesah sgt, masih ideal kan kann

hahahaha sama la kita. iols dah achieve target weight dah ni tapi stil continue je buat IF 20hrs n above sebab kalau tak buat IF ni memang asyik nak mengunyah je. in a way, IF ni mengajar iols behave la sikit

bulan dec ni dah genap setahun buat IF
