The mind proceed all things, the mind dominates them, they are all mind-made. If a person speaks or acts with a pure mind, happiness will follow them like a shadow that never leaves.

One should not blame another or despise anyone anywhere for any reason. Do not wish pain on another out of either anger or rivalry.

Just as the great ocean has but one taste, the taste of salt, so too this Dhamma has but one taste, the taste of freedom.

It is easy to see fault of others but it is hard to see one's own. While winning others faults like chaff, we hide our own like a hunter concealing himself in a hide. Those who look to others faults only get irritable. Their negativities grow and are far from being destroyed.

Many garland can be made from a heap of flowers. Likewise, many good deeds can be done by one born human.

Cease to do evil, learn to do good, purity the mind. This is the teachings of the Buddha.

If you take refuge in the Buddha, Dhamma and the Sangha you will be free from fear and trembling.

Conquer hate with love, evil with good, meanness with generosity and lies with truth.

The gift of truth excels all other gifts.

All tremble at punishment, life is dear to all. Therefore, put yourself in the place of others and neither kill nor condone killing.

We can cut and paste these $hit and paste it by creating a thread called Sayings of Jesus or Sayings of Muhammad or  Moses or any other false prophets/god-wannabees out there.

Bottomline is this - NO ONE have actually seen or heard anyone else say this words. Someone said it or thought of it and then wrote it down or spoke to someone else who pass the words along and some moron moderator picked it up, pasted here as sayings of Buddha, as if he was right there and listened 2,500 years ago.

Here is my saying - "If you cannot even think for yourself, you are no better than a farmed animal. Living in a gold cage, pretending you are safe within your gold bars because the World is too big and dangerous for you. Someone will come along and throw crackers for you and you will sing like a stupid canary - just like the moron here. You are nothing but a Puppet."

And you can quote me on that. Just don't say Buddha said this to someone else.
