We would like to make announcement regarding on 2013 FTISLAND 6TH ANNIVERSARY [FTHX] LIVE IN KUALA LUMPUR.Unfortunately, We are unable to proceed our concert which is, FTISLAND 6TH ANNIVERSARY [FTHX] LIVE IN KUALA LUMPUR held on 22nd December 2013, due to the a few circumstances in Kuala Lumpur. Once again, We are sincerely apologetic about the cancellation of the concert and All the purchased tickets will be refunded by Redtix.

2013 FTISLAND 6TH ANNIVERSARY [FTHX] LIVE IN KUALA LUMPUR

Please check below for the refund details:

1) Refund for cash/credit card purchase through outlets & on Ground Sale :
- Refund period: 19 November 2013 - 19 December 2013
- Refund Outlets: Victoria Music Outlet (Sungei Wang), Tropicana City Mall, Bangsar Shopping Center & Amcorp Mall
- Outlets Business time: 12pm until 8pm (daily)
- Refund from will be need to be filled together with the original tickets attached. A photocopy of the ticket must be obtained by the purchaser after submission.
(*We will ONLY refund the purchaser with original ticket submitted)
- All cash & credit card transaction will be refunded to purchaser's bank account and no cash refund will be entertained.
- An acknowledgement slip will be given by the outlet as proof of the refund submission.
- Payment will be credited to purchaser's bank account within 45 working days upon from submission.

2) Refund for Internet purchase:
- Refund period: 19 November 2013 - 19 December 2013
- Redtix will send an email to all purchasers to inform of the event cancellation and refund process.
- All refund payment will be credited back to the purchaser's credit card account.
It will take 45 working days for payment to be credited.
