Cuti tuk kematian

salam..

nak tanye kat forumer kat opis korang kalo compasionate leave (cuti kematian ) tu terdiri dr sape?coz company saye ni entitle tuk ibu bapa and adik beradik sendiri je..kalo suami atau parent in law mati kena tolak anual leave..mmg cam tu ke?

kalau kat tmpt keja saya, compassionate leave applicable kepada ibu bapa, adik beradik, mertua & adik beradik ipar..
rasanya tu yg termaktub dekat akta buruh..

kalau kes TT ni dah lain, x sure boleh buat aduan kat pejabat buruh or tak..
maybe ada org yg lebih arif tau pasal ni..

tula plik gak..sebb baru keje kat cni..baru perasan kat offer letter cm merepek pasal cuti..contohnye kalo kite da comfirm so annual leave kite patutnye pro rate dr kite masuk keje kan?tul x? tp company ni bg after comfirm br dia pro rate cuti?..tu cam xpuas ati gle2...tp akta buruh layan org gaji RM 1500 ke bwh je ...yang saye tau la..

tula pasal..ade staff ni br bapa mertua meninggal..so opis ckp tu EL so EL kena tolak annual leave..tu amat plik...nak wat aduan tak leh sebb dia gaji RM 2k ke atas..xmemasal jekan..tp biase company bg kalo berlaku kematian org terdekat dekat syarat tunjukla surat matikan..bukan saje2 nk cuti...

mmg zalim pun..biased pun ade...perasan gak kalo chinese cepat je bos comfirmkn..sebulan lbh da comfirm..tp kalo org melayu 6 bulan br nk comfirm..geram pun ade ..tp nasib saye 3 bln da comfirm..tp sakit ati gak annual leave di kira after comfirmation..so mmg geram da...

kalo bab2 kematian ni x yah la ikut buku sgt. baru2 ni bapak sedara aku meninggal, aku ckp kat bos nak g melawat. so ari tu kul 9.30 pagi aku chow dan x balik2 opis dah.

kalo ikutkan company policies bapak sedara x kira pun. tp bos sporting, kira cincai sudah.. btw bos 1 level atas aku je nih, ikutkan ada lg bos2 besar kat sana.

btw, rasanya2 entitle utk cuti kematian ni berbeza kot bg setiap company.. rasa pak dgn mak mentua tu mmg da x masuk da. kira annual leave jah..

sedara2, sepupu sepapat..
aku pangkah teros..sbb tak termaktub lam casual leave
so bebudak yg salu amik kesempatan bawak copy sijil kematian la,
permit kubur la...aku tak layann..
sile amik cuti AL. dan tak buleh suke-suki tak dtg konon urgent sgt lah
kalo tak dtg pon, atlist inform tak dtg.tak plak menyusahkan org nak cover shift die.
walhal bkn die lead nak urus pengebumian segala
dan, bkn ssh n bz sgt pon nak sms superior die yg die tak dtg keje
espeseli bebudak shift..aku sgt terbakar hal ni..
hal org suke suki nak amik kesempatan atas cuti2 sebegini..

kompani ku cume kaver makpak,PIL, adik badik, spouse
lain2...sile amik AL.

rujuk employee handbook... CL bergantung pada kampeni...

btw kitorang punya cuti ehsan ni cover keluarga terdekat termasuk adik beradik ipar, adik beradik ayah & emak.... dan juga adik beradik mertua....

ni awk dpt bos yang xkisah okla...kalo bos yg duk berkira tu yang payah..nk kena ikut kepala dia je...smpi staf2 pun rase xpuas ati..

(aku salu ckp, kalo tak leh ubah sendiri, tak suke, tak gembira sile angkat kaki)
so ssh la nak ikot kepala kite
kecuali kite org atasan/management yg buleh suke2 aje ammend polisi segala..

Tapi pikir2 nasib dpt EL. kalo yg belom kompom yg blom ade AL
sbb kompani aku, once confirmed, baru buleh amik AL.
Tp besenye teruk2 pon deme suh amik unpaid leave.
So terpulang la kpd mereka.sbb kompani die, bkn kompani kite..

a.ah tul tu...kalo tgh probation tu mmg asik kena unpaid leave ar..walau pun cuti kita sakit ke anak sakit..mmg tolak gaji pun...tp after comfirm dia prorate annual leave after kite comfirmation..dia xkira dr awl kita msuk..tu cam xpuas ati je...coz sepanjang keje kat tempat2 len annual leave dikira dr stat keje lg..
