..im good in writing,translating, customer service...etc.but not selling. i bukan e-mengemis ye pls dun get me wrong.but im just a desperate mom requesting for help.if anyone can help me a little financialy pls PM me utk penerangan or if u need proof. im sory if u dont like this but pls dont judge me but instead pray for me okay.
i taknk org yg kenal tau n judge me tats why i use forum platform. nanti my mental health worsen. and i will return evry favour i receive. Insyaallah i will.

update : i dh dpt training Mdec Glow.Insyaalllah next mth start. so boleh la stat learning on how to WFH. i got a few job from home juga. soon to start. kalau ada yg nak tau how blh PM me. i will aktif my shopee shop balik on kids prelove soon. doakan i ye! hopefuly tahun depan ni lebih baik untuk i and everyone. i doakan u all semua urusan dipermudahkn. tq for reading!!! |

Paling ok kalau u buat class di rumah... Tempat i dulu kampung2 jugak.. dia buat kelas aktiviti tadika utk membaca, math n english.. murah je dalam rm30 sorg satu subject.. tak sampai 1jam per sesi.. n kelas untuk tahun 1, 2, 3.. sebab umur2 mcm ni senang nak ngaja.. boleh tambah income..
I tgk kelas kalau budak2 tadika.. 30 minit je belajar.. 15 minit rehat.. 15 minit lg buat activiti dorg suka mcm suruh dorg bercerita ke color2 ke.. tp budak2 ade improvement jugak
Lepas tu ade yg buat art class lah, baking clas lah utk budak2... Kelas mcm ni pulak buat once in a while... Bukan terror sgt pun cikgu2 dia.. to ramai join sbb nak bg budak2 happy n exposure |

dulu sblm pkp i buat kelas english. lpstu after pandemik my mental health bit worsen and i stop. so i plan maybe next year i akan open balik once i btl btl ok. tats y im focusing on nk buat kerja sndri ..i mean i love kids but now is not the good time sbb i nk focus on nk setelkn all my pending isu dulu. tq tq so much it is a great sugestions |

Allahu..sabar ye dik nia..
kaka xde job nk offer tp i can give some idea besides yg forumer dh letak kt atas..pki apps GOGET dia ada PT works yg blh WFH..
utk depression n anxiety ni…try utk kekal dlm bwuduk…sebab ada kajian kata bila kita splash air kt muka..dia ada tenang effect (which our prophet saw dh ajar sejak 1400++ sblm masehi) utk kita amalkan sbb tu org selalu splash air kt muka bila tgh dlm panik ke apa ke kan..dlm movie pon tunjuk benda sama,tp kita xrelate dgn wuduk..walhal ut actually comes from ablution practice yg nabi dh ajar..bila marah bila xtenang..ambilla wuduk..
another thing u can do is to get morning walk..
walking ni mmg ada elemen therapy..
sbb tu dlm movie omputih diorg suka take a walk bila serabut..
actually mmg bagus pon jln2 for 10-30min pon dh cukup.pusing keliling rumah pon dh ok..
depression level u ni kaka rasa still manageable..so kaka suggest yang ni try buat dulu apart from keeping a gratitude journal…
klu xperlu makan ubat..then try not to..sebab ubat2 gini ada side effect lain..long term..
tp if still kena makan..then try reduce the dosage from time to time..
bykkan ngaji or pasang al quran 24/7 kt rumah…kaka finds this too helps..
mukjizat al quran ni works wonders…antara punca org skrg ‘lost’ sbb dorg xback to basic.
too much chasing dunia fana..
try to reduce number you tgk socmed jugak..sbb dia mmg ada effect on mental health..
blh tgk cerita the social dilemma klu ada masa..then u will understand better what caused your anxiety..your depression etc

kakanorm!!! aww overwhelm baca. full of good advise. srkg dh reduce ubat cuma kena pegi jumpa psy mcm biasa. tapi yela pandemik ni apointment dh jarang2. tq tq so much kakanorm for the advise. Alhamdulilah mmg pagi mmg i praktik kan letak ice kt muka sbb ternampak kt tiktok pasal ni huhu.
tulah rasanya socmed pun mmg afect kt mental health tu yg ai betengek kt sini je tp nak tak nak kadang tebukak jugak socmed.
tq tq so much again kakanorm for ur wonderful advise. i will go n see docu tu ada nampak kt netflix. hugs kakanorm XO |
