elle just nak share pendapat dan pengalaman korang. pernah tak alami masalah pening kepala handle pekerja2 warga asing atau pekerja tempatan yang ada masalah disiplin teruk ni
ntah la semenjak dua menjak ni elle sakit kepala deal dengan warga2 asing yang bermasalah ni.
jadik migrin kepala boleh cepat tua rasanya
cth masalah yang elle hadapi : - suka cucuk mencucuk dan buat cerita supaya pekerja lain membenci bos.
                                          - pakat berhenti serentak
                                          - mencuri duit dan tidak amanah

just nak share korang nye pengalaman dan cara korang atasi masalah ni.

ann takde la ramai sgt buat masa sekarang ni. ada dalam 11 org. 4 untuk rumah2. yang selebihnya untuk office. sebab elle handle dalam bidang service. pekerja2 ni kadang2 memburuk kan nama kita.
bila dia org buat perangai tak elok. yang malu kita gak

masalah pekerja aku :

1. mengular/punch card tapi ponteng tak masuk
2. jek bos dan mintak approval semua dari bos tanpa langsung mintak kat aku yg sepatutnya
3. tak nak terima arahan
4. menipu OT

apa aku buat :

1. aku report kat HR
2. aku cek dgn HR apa rights aku utk atasi masalah tak hormat aku sebagai bos dia dan sanggup dia pegi bos plg atas sekali  padahal masa hari pertama dia masuk opis aku dah bgtau dia takleh report kat orang lain selain aku kecuali aku mati
3. aku tegur kesilapan dan remind yg aku yg akan buat appraisal dia
4. aku pangkah OT

oowh ok....ayah saya pon keje kat ladang kelapa sawit...handle dlm 20-30 org indon gak la...tips yg die slalu citer la guna psychology skit...mksdnye cam org indon ni dtg utk crik mkn la...ckp la ramai lg yg leh gantikan tempat die...cam saiko la die ckit....





p/s:tp tu keje motong buah..lg rajin lg byk gajinye...tp kalo cleaner x tau lak...sori kalo x leh pki dlm konteks mslh ini...huhu

tuna, pekerja u bangsa asing gak ke?
pekerja ni mmg macam2 perangai kan..
bagus cara u handle masalah.
u know what, mereka ni kadang2 cetek bertindak.
yang i sakit hati tu, baru tegur sikit, marah sikit, dah pakat berhenti ramai2.
dah tu, siap boleh pakat ajak kawan2 dia sekali ikut berhenti, buruk2 kan i supaya staff lain sama benci kan i.
in the end, i lah yang kena cuci sendiri office2 dan rumah2 kalau tak cukup staff. mmg tension

i terfikir, might be i nak give a reward untuk yang dapat capai tahap ISO yang i tetapkan. (hanya pada mereka yang dapat 5 star sahaja)
cth : every mth ade give macam blander, rice cooker, pinggan mangkuk
what do u think? boleh bagi motivation tak kalau guna cara ni?

woow....leh tambah skit x??....huhu..lepas dh abis service tu...try bg client borang feedback....tgk die bg brape gred ikut penilaian client la...so leh bg reward ikut gred yg dibagi la...btol x?...kalo 5star kene la bg reward...usaha same2 diorg...

thanks for ur idea.bernas dan mmg boleh diguna pakai. idea ni mmg pernah cuba dipraktik kan dulu. tapi tak tau kenapa terhenti di tengah jalan. insyallah akan ku teruskan

(ni la yang ko kena buat, Sun Tzu extreme, pancung terus, ko kena jadi macam Sun Tzu, prepare pekerja replacement banyak2, pastu kasi berenti sorang, kalau diorang ugut ko nak berenti ramai2 ko berentikan je semua, amik baru, pastikan dah ready dah pekerja baru)

dari kesimpulan cerita ko ni,

1) aku kena bagi instruction dan training yang betul pada dia org ni supaya hasil kerja dan mutu kerja mengikut ISO yang aku kehendaki. (mmg setuju sgt atas pendapat ni n thanks)

2) untuk point kedua carik pekerja extra sebanyak mungkin aku tak berapa setuju sebab costing dan budget lari nanti. rugi rugi   kalau boleh nak cut cost semana yang boleh
(maybe sebab aku bekas pekerja bahagian account, so berkira sikit soal kewangan ni )

kadang cut cost pon ade keburukan jgak...kalo bese service bagus org mesti client akn call blik...maximize kan tenaga kerja diorg....lpastu bg option kat depa,nk duit lebih leh wat ot (dabel paid ker)...ahaks
