just nk tanya agak dgn ketinggian aku 162cm n berat 45kg ni leh ke p gym, bmi pn 17 je..bukan nk kurus kan lg badan..tp harap badan aku leh fit lps ni..takut je gelak dek org..

ko kene amik trainer nieh.. kl tak tak menjadi nak naikkan otot.... sbb kene jaga makan gak... kl tak bertambah kerempeng ..

aku baru je nak gelak ni .. sapa suroh kau tanya soalan mcm ni

jawapan: of koslah boleh.. pi la nak fitkan badan... makan pon kene banyak sikit dr biasa supaya balance

kalo nk tambah isi badan, makan daging n telor byk sikit. protin tuh.
in case metabolisma tinggi, kena gandakan usaha makan.

makan protein lebih sket... amik protein shake ke.. makan telur putih banyak2.. daging.... sebab protein membantu pertumbuhan muscle kan.

Ko kena amik susu weight gain dulu. Kurus sgt ko nie. Ko pegi training hari2 pun takkan nmpak muscle tu kalo tubuh ko takde isi. Try tengok kat mana2 farmasi utk susu nie.

sbenarnya aku nak tau, apa tujuan tuan rumah nak masuk gym ni?
kalu utk workout dan stay fit, cergas, kena la seimbangkan power out - power in.

power in tu tentu la makan dan minum untuk ganti tenaga yg hilang.

kalau nk tambah isi badan, cuba makan benda2 natural dulu macam nasik - karbohirat, daging dan telor - protin, dan lelain lagi. kalo ikutkan body builder, ada antara diorng ratah aje ayam rebus/stim sekor sorang beberapa jam sblom workout. banyak lagi cara lain. tapi banyak berkenaan diet la.

aku ni jenis yg kerap makan..kol 1 am pn aku leh makan nasi goreng n teh tarik lg..nk kata aku ni kurus coz x makan bukan..aku pn confius mana p zat makanan aku..

akun bukan nk bg badan bketul2..kot2 lah ada program yg leh bagi badan aku ni ada isi ckitlah..dulu aku pernah tgk rancangan lelaki oh lelaki kat astro..masa tu ajai jd artis jemputan..dulukan ajai tu kurus gak..la dh tembab ckit..dia kata p gym..x taulah tembam coz exercise kat gym or suka hati lps cerai
