Story Summary:
She does not wish for the sky to always be blue,
She only believes that her own hard work
Will create a ray of sunshine in the mortal world.
Two identities, with two different backgrounds meet at "The Home of the Children"...
Orphan Lam Siu Man (Kenix Kwok) grew up at the Home of the Children and since she was young, she had understood that her future rested in her own hands. Through her hard determination and spirit, she entered university and became a social worker.
In contrast, Woo Lik Wang (Patrick Tam)'s all, such as his fortune laiden father, his opportunities for foreign education and his highly paid job was thrust into his hands. However he is not happy at all. His relationship with his father grows distant and no matter how hard he works at his job, he cannot satisfy his father's expectations. Wang is pressed towards madness and uses stimulant drugs to relieve his stress, but is arrested and sentenced to community service. Wang is sent to the children's home to do his service and by accident, he finds there...
Wan and his power hungry girlfriend Kau Lei (Anne Heung) have known each other since they were young, but they have little feelings for each other and their relationship was an arrangement between their families. As for Man, for many reasons, she splits up with her boyfriend Ho Ngai Chun (Ellesmere Choy). Seeing Man's unfaltering commitment to helping the many problems of the children in the home, Wang gradually becomes infected by her...
