- Handling incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiries raised by customers.
- Effectively provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems to meet their satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers and clients.
Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma or Degree holder in any field with 1 year working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken & written.
- Have positive working attitude and enjoy interacting and assisting with customers.
- MUST be able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Professional job training will be provided for successful candidates.
- Degree Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
