Responsibilities:

• Involve in roadshows, sales blitz, customerreferrals and perform outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce andpromote Company's products with the end objectives to close sales.
• Apply the principles of objection handling,sales tenacity and customer focused.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintainhigh level of service and professionalism at all times.
• To handle customer issues (if any) which mayarise during or after sales and to escalate any issues to the Sales Manager toavoid customers dissatisfaction on any disputes ie misrepresentation
• Toensure that all completed and accurate application forms are submitted andalso focus on quality of work and reduced defects in all submissions
• Toattend all trainings provided by the bank and adequately knowledge-able of thekey features, benefits & risks of the Personal Financing product.
• Toensure compliance to all operating & regulatory guidelines, sales practice,etc.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field with at least 1 yearworking experience in sales and marketing field
• Excellent communication in English, Mandarin andBahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Self-motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic andinitiative to learn
• Able to work independently and to work in a team
• Able to start work immediately is an addedadvantage
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Preferably possess own transport
