Dear Sir / Madam,
We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individual to join us in the following position :
HR Executive - Industrial Relations
Responsibilities:
· To assist in employee / Industrial Relation activities including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct, union matters, collective agreement, advising and guiding management on the best practices for IR, employer, employee and trade union relations including all relevant employment laws.
· To support Heads of Departments in Disciplinary Grievances.
· To attend on Court cases- to establish good relationships with relevant industry players, consult legal practitioners and related government agencies.
· To assist the Management in IR cases and communicate the related activities to the Management as and when required.
· To support Heads of Departments in Union related matters.
· To assist on labour disputes and grievances between unions and management. Keep informed and up-to-date on changes of labour laws to the Management.
· To analyse and review the late coming and absenteeism of the employees for the improvement of productivity.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Labour Relation or Employee Relation
· Working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
· Well verse in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
