Non-compliance with tribunal award by PMA maid agency

I have been locked in a disagreement with PMA maid agency inPuchong for not fulfilling their obligations. I requested for refund from theagency but failed. After went through hard time attempting to get back mymoney, I found my last hope – consumer tribunal.

My case was set to be heard at the tribunal on 15 October2014. The tribunal President awarded me a refund to be paid by the maid agencywithin 14 days or the maid agency will face criminal charges under Section117(1) APP 1999!!

But unfortunately, the maid agency refused to refund after14 days. I made a complain of non-compliance with the award to the EnforcementDivision, Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism on 30October 2014.

On 29 January 2015, my lawyer served the maid agency aNotice 218 which they have to pay the refund within 21 days. As until today, Istill have not get back my hard-earned money yet!!

I want JUSTICE!!!Please tell me where can I find it?……… Please help........

不遵守法庭裁决的PMA槟马人力仲介女佣代理 我一直锁定在与PMA蒲种女佣代理机构不履行其义务的分歧。我要求机构退款，但失败了。经历了困难时期试图拿回我的钱后，，我发现我最后的希望- 消费者法庭。 2014年10月15日的消费者法庭上，仲裁庭总统授予我-女佣代理机构必须在14天内支付退款或女佣代理机构将根据第117面临刑事指控（1）1999年APP！ 但不幸的是，女佣代理机构14天后拒绝退还。2014年10月30日，我向国内贸易部，合作社及消费执行部抱怨不遵守裁决的女佣代理机构。 于2015年1月29日，我的律师发给女佣代理218通知书，他们必须在21天内支付退款。截至到今天，我还没有找回我的血汗钱！

Ketidakpatuhan award tribunal oleh PMA agensi pembantu rumah

Saya telah dikunci dalam percanggahan pendapat dengan PMAagensi pembantu rumah di Puchong yang tidak memenuhi tanggungjawab mereka. Sayameminta bayaran balik daripada agensi tetapi gagal. Selepas beberapa cubaan andkecewaan, saya mendapati harapan terakhir saya - tribunal pengguna.

Kes saya telah ditetapkan untuk didengar di tribunal pada 15Oktober 2014. Tribunal Presiden menganugerahkan saya bayaran balik yang perludibayar oleh agensi pembantu rumah itu dalam tempoh 14 hari atau agensipembantu rumah akan menghadapi tuduhan jenayah di bawah Seksyen 117 (1) APP1999 !!

Tetapi malangnya, agensi pembantu rumah yang enggan membayarbalik selepas 14 hari. Saya telah membuat aduan ketidakpatuhan anugerah itukepada Bahagian Penguatkuasa, Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasidan Kepenggunaan pada 30 Oktober 2014.

Pada 29 Januari 2015, peguam saya menghantar Notis 218kepada agensi pembantu rumah, yang mereka perlu membayar bayaran balik dalamtempoh 21 hari. Sehingga hari ini, saya masih belum mendapat semula wang hasiltitik peluh saya lagi !!

Saya mahu KEADILAN !!!  Sila membantu ........

I'm also the victim of PMA maid agency. My tribunal court award was also not abided by PMA since 4 Sept 2014. I have lodged a report with the Ministry of Trade & Consumer Affairs on their non-compliance of my award but PMA has ignored appointments fixed by the enforcement officers, with little or no progress in the investigation now. I have also filed the Notice 218 via my lawyer but PMA ignored too! Avoid this law breaking & cheating maid agent who's so daring to commit the same offense MORE THAN 1 CASE!!

Saya juga adalah mangsa Agensi Pekarjaan PMA. Sama juga, saya tidak mendapat balik wang award mahkamah tribunal saya semenjak 4 Sept 2014. Saya telah membuat aduan dengan Kementerian Perdagangan & Hal-ehwal pengguna mengenai ketidakpatuhan PMA terhadap award. Tetapi, PMA tidak mempedulikan temujanji yang ditetapkan beberapa kali oleh pegawai KPDNKK. Jadi siasatan kes juga tergendala & tiada tindakan selanjut sampai kini. Jauhi dari maid agency PMA yang berani melakukan kesalahan jenayah LEBIH DARI 1 KES!
