Receptionist wanted at OIL&GAS company

Hi uolls,

Company member aku nak pakai sorang RECEPTIONIST.
Company besar and stable. Jgn risau. OIL&GAS company based kat KL Sentral (Komuter/Monorail/Rapid train).
Bonus (2x setahun) + Increment.

Requirements;
- Female
- Prefer SINGLE
- Pandai speaking English (tak payah terror sangat pun xpe, asalkan pandai speaking and faham ape org speaking; sbb company besar, client pun orang besar2)
- Kalau berpengalaman pernah jadi receptionist lagi bagus la or ada communication skills yg bagus.
- Multitasking & computer literate

Job Description;
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking meetings
- Arranging couriers
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Screening phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post
- Preparing the invoices for courier services
