Christ as the "Messiah" was a creation, through God and Mary.
Ps 2:7 I will tell of the decree: Jehovah said unto me, Thou art my son; This day have I begotten thee.
Ac 13:33 that God hath fulfilled the same unto our children, in that he raised up Jesus; as also it is written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.
Heb 1:5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, This day have I begotten thee? and again, I will be to him a Father, And he shall be to me a Son?
But the "Word", the "Logos", was God and with God from the beginning.
John 1:1-4
1 In the beginning was the "Word"; and the "Word" was with God, and the "Word" was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 All things were created through Him, and apart from Him not one thing was created that has been created. 4 In Him was life, and that life was the light of men.
Joh 1:14 And the "Word" became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. |
