my manager has asked me to deal with a task in relation intendering and estimating in a way that I uncomfortable with. carrying out thetask in the way seems wrong to me and I believe the approach being suggested bymy manager may even be illegal in some of the jurisdictions in which we dobusiness. I have been thinking about speaking to a senior manager in anotherdepartment for advice, but i'm not sure if i should. I feel as though I shouldtell someone who can look into this, but I,m afraid that my line manager willmake my job difficult for me and possibly take me off the contract if they findout I,ve spoken to someone else.
