Resepi kebab sebijik cam kat pasar malam-
- Semangkuk dgg cincang/kisar, klu dgg segar lg  manis, tp kene cncg sndri..

- sangaikan 2 sb ketumbar, 1 sb jntan halus & kasar, 1 sb black paper - pastu kisar halus kesemuanya.. (klu malas, bleh guna yg serbuk je tp x sesedp yg sangai sndri le)

- 4 sb sos tiram

=== gaulkan smue bahan di atas m perap salaman. X perap pun x pe.

Cara memasaknya pulak

- Guna pemanggang ajaib @ piuk belva @ kuali leper yang agak2 u memanggang ikan atau buat burger ke, lempeng ke..

- Panaskn 2 sudu minyak n masukkan dgg perap td, biarkan n balik2 kan hingga naik bau, empuk n air dgg tu pekat, jgn kering sgt lak.

-  Di kuali lain, tumiskan 4 ulas bawang putih n 1 labu bawang besar yg dicincang hgga naik bau.

- Pastu masukkan bawang tumis tu kedlm kuali dgg td, gaul...

- Pastu maaukkan 5 sb sos cili (brand life, sedp)

- Gaul n rasa dgg td. Klu x rasa cam inti kebab cam kat psr mlm tu, just masukkan   sos tiram n sos cili sikit demi sikit hingga rasa sama cam kat psr mlm, banyak pun x pe..

- ingat!! Api kene slow n sederhana je masa masak, x payh garam sbb sos tiram n sos cili dah ada garam. Jgn kering sgt nnt x sedp..

- Siap... Ttp api.. Pastu taburlah timun n kobis cincang ke dlm dgg td cam kat psr mlm tu..

Letak kat roti kebab atau apa2 roti, letak sos n mayonis n mkan le smpai puas...

=== paham tak? Klu x paham sila tanya ye === sejak tahu resepi ni, kebab pasar malam tu sy pandang sebelah mata je ==== ehe..he..he..
