Responsibilities for Customer Service Specialist
Manage calls and provide customer service.
Understand customer's needs and provide information/solution.
Able to work on rotating shift including weekend and public holidays.
Can start work immediately
Requirements:
Must be Malaysian
Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
Required languages: English and Chinese
Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Customer Service Professional

Responsibilities:
•        Attend incoming calls from customers
•        Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the liking of the customer
•        Educate the customer about the products and services .
•        Responsible to receive process and respond to customers inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
•        Follow-up on the feedback, escalation within internal department and customers
•        Fun working environment
•        Training Provided.

Requirements:
•        Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
•        Speak fluently in English (Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage).
•        Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
•        NO experience need. Training will be provided to those who successfully hired
•        Able to work on rotating shift including weekend and public holiday
•        5 Working days with 2 Off days. ( rotation basis ).
•        Able to joined work Immediately.
•        Possess Own Transport.
•        Willing to work at Ara Damansara

Salary Package
•        Basic Salary RM 2000 + Incentives up to RM 600 - RM 1000 per month.
•        Language Allowance RM 500 for Mandarin Speaking candidates.
•        Any knowledge in  IT and mandarin speaker  would be an advantage.
•        Located at Ara Damansara ( Nearby Subang Airport ).
