Psy′s Gangnam Style is at it again, jumping up the ranks to land in the top 10 on the Billboard chart.

Psy also managed to rank no. 56 on the site′s yearly artist chart.
In the recent Hot 100 chart for the first week of January, Gangnam Style appeared on no. 6.

This is 13 ranks up from the previous week′s standings, as on the last week of December Gangnam Style had settled for no. 19.

What is more interesting is how Gangnam Style finally managed to beat out Maroon 5′s One More Night, which had stopped Gangnam Style from rising to no. 1 time and time again when it was at its peak. One More Night rested at no. 8.

The single seems to have jumped in rank thanks to the year-end broadcasts and the favorable reviews from outlets worldwide.

Psy could also be found on no. 56 on Billboard′s yearly artist chart, the ′Best of 2012 - Top Artists′ chart. He also made it to no. 7 on the Top New Artists chart.

The music video for Gangnam Style hit 1.1 billion views on YouTube with the new year, continuing its reign as the most viewed video on the site.

Psy is currently promoting in America, and will release a new global album by March.
