Nature of Job / Responsibilities:-

·         Perform product characterization, hardware/software development/modification to meet the required product definition.

·         Develop and complete all documentation related to the new product development phases.

·         Work with cross functional teams to optimize test solution and ensure the product design requirements are achieved as well as sustained.

·         Ensure that it conforms to the Company’s stringent Process, Engineering, Quality and Cost standards during NPI and ramp up phase.

·         Perform relevant and necessary adjustments, analysis, testing and debugging processes as well as resolve issues for both hardware and software on testers.

Experience and Position Requirements:-

·         Good technical knowledge in semiconductor logic and analog devices.

·         Preferably with 2-3 years experience in semiconductor test/product engineering.

·         Good knowledge and experience in test programming, preferably with C/C++ language.

·         Good knowledge in project/program and time management for new product development.

·         Candidates with product ownership or test program development experience will have added advantage.

·         Technically inclined and good analytical skills.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as in technical report writing.

·         Proactive, fast learner, self motivated and performance driven.

·         Ability to drive & execute projects to meet aggressive schedules.

·         Able to multi-task during project execution.

Desired Qualification:-

·         Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

It going to be analog and digital devices for these industries..

military - jet, missile, etc
aerospace - rocket,
medical - everything
down hole - oil and grass drill

I have closed the position for application for Application Engineer and going to close Product and Test Development Engineer.

For this time, I decided to hire fresh grad due to it job requirement; learn new things, travel, high commitment, want to mould the  thinking like what I think...

but I have 1 more position:

Product&Test Engineer in KL
Requirements:
- Experience in Product Engineering
- Experience in Test Engineering
- Experience in Teradyne and Eagle tester
- Committed and accountable
- Mandarin speaking is an added advantage

hi...I've closed 2 positions...for the 3rd I really need expert in test engineering which I have 1 resume in hand that I'm interested in..your husband is expert in his field..but might be not related to my expectation...I'll consider in future I need someone who knowledgeable in RF...
