   buleh amik tindakan....mcm yg poremer piringterbang bgtahu.,...tp kennn....kalau hang report....takder masalah ke nanti ndgn HR company hang???

HR company tu memang menindas org melayu.. membe aku da resign da dapat keje baru pun.. takde hal dah.. cuma kawan2 dia yg lain masih keje kat situ dan di baya overtime RM5/hr. membe aku cakap,,, sepatunyer dieorg kene fightlar.. tp kalau dieorg pn diam gak.. rugi lar.. yg kesian tu org malay jer kena.. bangsa dieorg ok jer dieorg bayar.. :@ takde otak tul.. kampeni **na mcm tu..

kawan TT ni buat tindakan yg betul dgn tidak sign offer letter, fight for your rights, byk lagi kerja lain kat luar sana...good luck

to be exact, laporkan ke labour office, bukan labour law....issue ni tertakluk dlm employment
act 1955 sebab kawan TT ni gaji 1100.

Salam...aku ada pertanyaan sikit tentang pengiraan overtime, so aku tanya di sini saja boleh.. Harap seisapa yang tahu dapat membantu aku ye.

Company aku sekarang punya calculation untuk unpaid leave adalah basic/20days. Sekiranya overtime pula sepatutnya sama juga la kan, bahagi 20days tapi company aku bahagi 22days untuk overtime.

Bolehkah macam tue??? Sebab aku rasa mcm salah ja..

pengiraan utk unpaid leave adalah berdasarkan berapa hari dlm bulan yg diambik...
maksudnya kalau amik 2 hari UL dlm bulan June, kena kira 2 days/30 hari x basic salary.
kalau bulan Feb, 2 days/30 days x basic salary dan seterusnya...
OT kena bahagi dgn 26 days at all times....
