First of all, congrats! I was working with UEM Land last year, but only for a month. tak tahan sebab i balik kerja sampai 2-3 pagi, sabtu ahad i kena stay. sebab masa tu i ditempatkan di site office di cyberjaya.
well, for any benefits that UEM offers, u can check your letter offer. normally utk bonus/increment, diorg tgk ur kpi/performance. itu je lah yg i tau.
to others, masa uem land dulu i apply kat email diorg. boleh log on to their website |

Kalau kerja utk beberapa tahun, layak utk dpt saham uem. Staff uem group boleh beli rumah yg uem land develop dgn certain discounts. Skrg sunrise pun dah under uem, mungkin boleh dpt staff rate/discount kalau nk beli rumah yg sunrise bina. Bnyk sbnrnya benefits dia. |

I was attached at cyberjaya, symphony hills project. Kat site office la tu. I was from marketing dpt. Actually masa tu baru je launch symphony hills project. & my ex boss yg gatal2 suruh my colleague & i stayed smpai pagi & weekend. Kononnya nk tunjuk kat management la yg dia ni bagus padahal bukan ada keje pun hehehee |
