my latest effort untuk kekal langsing....beli personal smoothie blender....woot woot.. kita beli yg brand Panasonic ..yg macam ni....




dah beli 2 minggu lepas tapi pagi tadi baru rasmikan..haha...

kita blend oats,banana, fresh milk...  sedap dan mengenyangkan...love love love....

kita selalu skip breakfast sbb tak tahu nak makan apa dan taknak makan nasi lemak...so now dah settle masalah...

One of my best decision I;ve made this year is subscribe personal training session kat gym... masa sesi pertama tu coach kita ada explain maksud being fit...ada 5 komponen.. lepas coach beritahu tu , kita ingat satu komponen je..endurance..short term memory loss.haha..   so now baru teringat nak google pasal ni...so the 5 components will be;

1) Body Composition
2) Cardiorespiratory Endurance
3) Flexibility
4) Muscular Endurance
5) Muscular Strength

recently kita dah ada idea what kind of woman I wanna be....salah satu ciri2 yg kita nak ialah kita nak jadi a fit woman... sekarang belum fit lagi.. but my effort from now on will be towards that goal..yeehaa!...

my effort  to improve  muscle strength will be to learn proper form and technique so I can use weight safely---->subscribe personal training

to be flexible -----> subscribe personal pilates class twice a week ....love love love this class...

improve cardiorespiratory endurance by swimming--------> join Total Immersion program so that I can swim freestyle effectively and can swim lap after lap...

join belly dancing class..for the fun of being a woman....shimmy shimmy shimmy...ching ching ching....haha...


bila buat semua tu consistently, Insyallah the body composition will improved as well...

yang kelas pilates tu mula2 plan nak pergi sekali seminggu je..jimat sikit sesi dlm pakej..  tapi lepas first class terus kita request nak 2 kali seminggu....sbb best..movement dia nampak simple tapi wow I can really feel the muscle tighten after every session...especially lower ab core muscle....
and I just felt click with the exercise....I think exercise ni mcm jodoh juga...kena ada chemistry baru kita click dan semangat nak dating selalu..

thank you share pasal app ni...kita baru download semalam.... bagus ye bila kita jot down apa kita makan..kita jadi lebih aware....semalam kita makan sausage mcmuffin with egg, dah 450 calories..omg! banyaknya...  terkejut kita....

baru je start diet atkins. iols tak sedar pon macam mana berat naik mencanak sebelum ni. alih2 timbang dalam seminggu yang lepas berat dah menuju ke angka 56 kg. terkejut iols. selama ni berat 51-53 kg je. terus iols insaf. sekarang start balik atkin fasa 1 (memang selalu cek ketosis untuk pastikan berjalan lancar) dan buat exercise +sauna. sebelum iols diet je, jarang sangat berexercise. hari ni dah hari ke 9 diet, ok la ketosis sume cantik. iols target kali ni nak ubah gaya hidup. tak nak cheat, kalau cheat makan secara berhemah. tak ada nak melantak macam tak pernah jumpa makanan. setakat 6 hari diet hari tu berat iols dah 54.6 kg. tak sabar nak capai berat 50 kg je.

susah nak jaga makan bila makan kat luar ya...I;m starting to become mindful with what I eat...ada sekali tu order beef kampung fried rice yg kita selalu order, baru realise portion nasi tu banyak gilerr...>.<   pastu kalau kat shopping mall, susah nak cari restoran yg offer healthy balance food... so I end up pergi Subway je sbb boleh pilih nak ingredient apa...but now dah boring la pula..haha..tadi pergi Nandos..tapi rasa macam too oily the chicken... 2days ago for lunch kita order Hainanese chicken rice..selalu order roast chicken tapi sbb hainanese ni steam chicken so I thought it will be healthier, sekali bila sampai mcm oily sgt ayam tu..aigoo... erm no wonder la, mereka yg jaga makan diorang buat meal prep ya...sbb nak harapkan makanan kat luar mmg susah nak control..  baru sedar...huhu...

yes myfitnesspal tu iols da guna dekat 3tahun. mmg bole kuruslah bila kita dok tgk kalori makanan haha.
bila guna apps tu baru sedar makan nasi goreng sepinggan bole jadi almost 500cal.endup makan telo rebus jelah 90cal sajo huu

but kne la istiqamah key in makanan minuman kita ambil, kalau tak jd mcm iols la berat asik yoyo je..ikot graph dia naik turun naik turun

setahu i yoga dengan pilates ni lain target dia. yoga banyak on flexibility and relaxation. pilates pulak strengthen and toning.

macam i kalau target nak berpeluh i prefer cardio/zumba.

skrg iols dh 8hari xmakan nasik...eat clean sajo..more veggies n fruits...some protein mcm isi dada ayam, ikan, telur...moga istiqomah

Nak diet 1st sekali kena ada penimbang digital.
Memandangkan iols pun telah mengembang dgn jayanya atas dan bwh..org kata happy hati senang, laki pandai jaga..konon..   maka iols pun start berdiet..baru 4 hari.
I dah tak makan kek desserts biskut2 manis.
Air manis memang tak boleh tinggal..tetap minum hazelnutcoffee 2x sehari.
Lunch mcm biasa nasi lauk semua tu.
Cuma dinner i awalkan sebelum pukul 7.hanya sesudu nasi +lauk2.
Malam kalau lapar i makan sekeping roti gardenia sapu peanut butter.
Tinggi 167cm..berat 1st day morning 68.4.
3rd day morning 67.5
4th day morning 67.2
4 hari diet kurang 1.2kg.
Nak turunkan sampai 62/63kg balik just nice utk my height.
Harap i istiqomah..ni minggu depan nak pergi bercuti.. jgn diet ke laut dalam sudahla bila mkn sedap2 lemak2 semua tu

I memang kurang makan tapi air manis susah nak tinggal,

Selalu exercise, buat fit dance but why..... berat badan kekal 60kg


I nak my weight 50 kg..... what should I do

-kurangkan portion nasi (bukan langsung x makan)
-jgn makan sup2 yg berlemak2 tu
-makan epal hijau
-habiskan ganti puasa
-jgn makan lewat malam
-banyakkan salad
-jgn malas berjalan ....parking jauh sikit xpe

Iols pesan kat diri I ni....I x buat lg pun bende2 kat atas ni
Harapnye kuranglah 5kg....supaya jd 50kg dgn tinggi I yg 155 sajork ni.
