dah selamat refinance...  duit nye.. aku campak dlm ASB... peramla beberapa tahun.. sampai bole bayarkan loan tu sendiri..

ko wat refinance dengan sape?

skrg ni loan aku sebulan kene bayo rm1200.... soo kl aku refinance bayaran loan aku tiap2 bulan naik la ek?..

aku ni try bace2 kt internet pon still x paham.. huhuuh

napa ko tak cuba repricing instead of refinancing?

dulu aku ada buat repricing dgn bank yg sama.. proses senang sbb x tukar bank tapi juz diaorg re value kita punya property.
Meaning that kita ada 2 housing loan utk rumah yg sama. Mmg kena bayar lawyers fee suma tapi aku masukkan suma dlm loan.. at the end aku dpt RM100k cash.. hehehe..

ada option tu tp biasa la bank mana ada nak war2kan.. biasa kita kena tya kat bank kita tu kalau ada option ni..

so pada aku kalau xnak incur fees yg byk better buat repricing ngan bank yg sama.. senang and cepat.. kalau refinance makan 3-4 bulan baru settle.. kalau repricing less than 2 months dah dpt duit.. cuba la tya yr current bank ye..

konsep repricing tu lebey kurang sama je dgn refinance pada bank yg sama.... keje lebih mudah sbb bank dah ada dokumen dan rekod yg diperlukan....
