'I used to demand two hours of sex a day': Kirstie Alley reveals all about her bedroom antics
Kirstie Alley has spoken frankly about her love life, admitting that she used to demand her former lovers provide her with two hours of sex a day.
The 60-year-old actress, who is currently appearing on Dancing With The Stars, told U.S. TV host Ellen DeGeneres she put her ex-partners through their paces in the bedroom.
And Kirstie, who has been married twice, also joked with Ellen that two hours per day wasn't enough to satisfy her needs.
She said: 'I really hadn't had a boyfriend for the last ten years - a serious boyfriend. It was the best ten years of my life. I had a lot of freedom.
'The way I used to pick guys was so shallow. Hot? OK, that'll be my husband.
'Here's my big revelation. I decided that in the best of times you have two hours of sex a day, so you have 22 hours left.'
DeGeneres then interrupted, asking: 'Whoa, what? Two hours a day?'
To which Kirstie replied: 'Not enough? There's the prelude, the sex and there's the winding down.'
Kirstie later tried to clarify her comments by writing on Twitter: 'Just wanted to say after many saw Ellen today: I love men. I've had amazing men in my life.. Only one rotten apple so I'm a lucky girl..;)
'Lmao.. My POINT on Ellen was: even IF u had sex 2 hours a day, it still Left u with 22 hours to b with him.. So HIM better B amazing!! Lol.'
The mother-of-two, who is divorced from Bob Alley and Parker Stevenson, has been single for some time, however sources recently revealed that she is looking for a romance.
'She’s ready to find a boyfriend,' a source said last week. 'Kirstie has a thing for dark-haired men.'
It seems the former Cheers actress, who once admitted to being celibate for four-and-a-half years because of her weight, has found the confidence to return to the dating scene.
She was seen leaving a nightclub earlier this week hand-in-hand with a mystery man, who she has been seen with again recently.
