Internet call ke handphone

Assalam,
Nak tumpang tanya. Ada tak sesiapa yang tahu macam mana nak buat internet call ke mobile no. Nak buat call ke overseas. Guna land line & mobile agak parah.  Semalam ada beli I-talk tapi tak connected pun dah kena potong creditnya. Saya tak kisah kalau beli credit pun. Yang penting boleh buat call dengan harga berpatutan.

Skype boleh ke?

skype boleh buat international call dari pc ke landline/mobile phone.untuk call kena beli topup dulu kat intenet dan bayar guna cc.
kalau skype ke skype free.

tabasco, skype memang boleh kan buat call from pc ke mobile. tak payah pakai paypal ye?
