NGV- check engine dan lembab..

salam pada otai2 sekalian...
ingin bertanya ttg keta proton wira enjin 4G91 aku ni ade bbrp mslh lps psg NGV..

1. org kata slps pasang ngv sequential xkan ade loss power, tp keta aku baru je pasang ngv sequential mggu lps mengalami loss power dlm 30% ms naik bukit dan 20% ms jln rata..

2. lg1, lampu check engine menyala..kenapa nye??


ada org ckp kena tmbh TAP utk kasi power lbh dan AEB124 utk kasi tggi voltan 'injector'..betul ker??


brp harga TAP dan AEB124 tu??

ala.. driver teksi dah tau NGV nie takde power dah lama dah beb, tapi utk teksi, depa tak kisah, sebab tak perlu pickup pong dan asalkan leh jalan.

saper orang yg ko cakap "takkan ader"  tu?? lum ader sowang pong driver teksi yg haku jumpa mengatakan takde loss power.. lain kali, tanya orang yg dah pakai menatang tu, cthnyer pemandu teksi, setakat tanya tukang pasang, atau orang yg tak pakai, feedback dier tak asli dan tak best..

lampu check engine tu, computer detect ader yg tak kena lepas modification tu lar, malangnyer, nak tau aper yg tak kena, ko kena gi kedai cucuk computer tu jer, baru leh trace. kalau tidak, ko kena mengagak-agak, mungking end-up repair benda yg tak rosak..

1. kalo ikut seq system paling kurang power loss, tapi pada aku kalo dah sampai 30% mcm dah keterlaluan la pulak.


2. check engine light tu nyala sebab sekarang nih dia bagi tau yg ko punya petrol injector tak berfungsi (mmg la tak, sbb pakai bila mode ngv) inilah function
AEB124, dia nih Relay Emualator, kerje dia tipu ecu bagi tau yg injector berfungsi walaupun mode ngv (kita assume mmg enjin ko takda masalah sblm nih la yer)


3. TAP aka Timing Advance Processor, nih dia electronically adjust timing sparks keta ko. sbb ngv dia punya timing kene cepat bila mode ngv dan balik ke normal bila pakai petrol. tak salah harga around 200-300


dua2 alat nih, mmg adaer org kata perlu, ader gak kata mcm tak perlu, ntahla aku pun tak tau.


saya pernah buat feasibility study untuk pasang ngv kat keta2 saya(konon utk greener) tapi in the end saya cancel, sbb saya perhati kadang result tak consistent different kereta result dia lain (sbb aper saya tak tau, saya suspect nih bergantung kpd installer dan condition keta)


satu lagi bro kene ingat bila dah pasang ngv nih, mula2 kene banyak sabar utk tune kan keta awak ke optimal condition, ader tuh 3-4 kali gi workshop ngv baru enjin kereta jadi perfect


so take your time ok.

yg aku tnye tu org yg dah psg NGV kat keta dia la, tp mixer punyer...dia kate kalu pasang sequential loss power pn cuma 10% jer..mmg dah cucuk pakai komputer bro, dia ckp xder mslh apo2 pn...

   tenQ bro..byk info yg sy dpt..maknenye kena tmbh duit lg la ni..hehehe..
utk check engine tu xde mslh utk enjin kan??sb kalu guna petrol, ok jer.."check enjin" tu hilang...

mgkn kena p kedai tu lg mggu dpn utk tuning kasi power skit..dia kate awal2 ni kalu loss power byk mgkn sbb keta blh serasi ngan ngv lg..
xtau la smada btoi ke x ape yg dia ckp..ke aku kena kencing plak

hi bro,

sebelum tambah aper2 gadget lagi try check ngan link kat bawah, sini banyak owner yg install ngv berkongsi maklumat. maklumat diorang lagi up to date .

mcm kawan saya dia install ngv utk mercedes tua dia  (e260) banyak kali gak ulang alik gi  fine tune process, last2 sekarang dah ok dah, kata dia kalo jalan rata mmg tak rasa langsung power loss, cuma naik bukit jer ader terasa sikit.

wah loss power sampai 30% agak parah tu. patut sequential amat minima loss powernya. keta aku citra pasang mixer jer.. loss power dlm 5% jek(jalan rata). ok la kan.. loss pun min + better millage. try go through web nvg community kat atas tu. musti jumpak punya penyelesaiannya. slamat!

ader satu family jin menumpang nih tuh yg jadi berat ;)  haha gurau jer.
kalo time bawa pakai petrol ok dan power loss hanya berlaku bila time ngv shj, aku suspek timing isu nih. tapi pendapat aku nih pendapat amateur jelah.

enjin 4G91 tak sesuai guna NGV sebab enjin ni consider low end performance enjin. Sememangnya akan loss power teruk. Baik guna 4G15 klu nak guna NGV sebab kurang guna electronic and also less valve.

kalau aku plak dah pakai ngv kat 4g15, lagi teruk power loss.
pastu ada back fire lagi. (api menyambar ke air filter)
sebulan sekali gak la tuka air filter.
tapi aku pakai x penah tune pun, janji save...

hehe takdelah, dulu pernah gak terpikir utk pasang kat kenderaan saya, jadi buatlah study sikit, tapi bila timbang baik dan buruk akhirnya tak jadi. itu je sbb saya tau.

aku pakai dah dekat 2 tahun dah kat keta iswara 1.5 auto. memang pic-up kurang tapi pandai main lajak ok je. yg penting jimat dan selamat..

kendian ada bugget lebih lepas balik modal aku pasang plk kat seken car atos. so setakat ni dah rasa la jimat , selamat dah enjin yg bersih sebab dia guna gas, bukan minyak..

tapi yg penting time servis mesti tepat, masuk je setiap 5000 km terus servis tukar minyak itam, filter dan check sparkplug

semalam baru servis utk keta atos tu, adjust sekali NGV servis, lepas tu pikup lebih baik plk dari sebelum ni.. dah mcm sama je mcm pakai minyak
