Betul tu minum banyak air bagus. Teh2 herba tu smer ade laksatif and kalau berlebihan bleh rosakkan usus.
However, kena pahamkan ape yg mesin penapis tu bleh tapis. Skrg ni dah banyak timbul isu pasal pharmaceuticals dlm air, heavymetals etc. Walopun ade benda2 ni dlm air, air tu is still safe to drink cuma lepas bertahun2 ade la kemungkinan banyak penyakit pelik berlaku mcm skrg nih..kotoran2 yg mesin tak bleh tapis nanti badan kita especially buah pinggang yg tapis..yg masih berfungsi elok baguslah tapi lama kelamaan, buah pinggang pun jadi masalah sbb terbeban..tgk statistik dah la bape ramai yg sakit buah pinggang skrg... |
