Our company is mainly doing government personal loan due to the loan application easy to get approve, simple documentation, ccris / ctos / blaclisted also can approve,and the monthly collection method is through "biro angkasa (Government Body)".  Due to company expansion -

Currently we are inviting suitable candidates to fulfill the following position: -

Telesales Executive
(KualaLumpur - Laman Rimbunan Kepong)

Responsibilities:

• To execute outbound calls to customers (database is provided).
• To provide solutions to customers needs.
• Take ownership of customer problems and ensure to the best of your ability, that they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• 20 Full-Time positions available.
• Preferably female, age between 21 to 40 years old.
• Able to do minimum mathematics calculation.
• 9.00am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday).
• Experience in Telesales in Koperasi Loan, Telesales in Citibank credit card & Koperasi loan in Alliance Bank will be added advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages will be an advantage.
• Basic salary + commission + Company Trip.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
• Bumiputra are encouraged to apply.

mesti ada sales target lah.  kalau hit sales target , kamu akan dapat 1~1.5 % commission.

dulu sya pun lama buat outbound- vacation club(2-3 bln), loan utk gov staff (sebln je), insurance(2 1/2thn) & maxis (4 bln)
Bukan semua org boleh buat outbound. Gaji basic dlm 1500 je, tapi komisen boleh tahan. Paling tinggi yg pernah dpt rm2k komisen.
Yg best outbound ni, tak yah jumpa org.
