Sometimes orang yang I employ rasa macam mediocre je.  Tapi sebab terpaksa (need someone urgently) I pun ambik lah dia orang ni.  After some time they are they best & star performers.  

Its so hard to gauge how someone will perform until they are actually given the task.  

Ni comments dari orang yang dah ngantuk. Perhaps tomorrow or another time, I will re-visit this thread.

Bgsa Melayu adalah bgsa rajin....
tp mereka trpengaruh dan dihidapi penyakit malas...
penyakit malas mmg tiada ubat...

Jk Melayu malas,kenapa Melaka yg kecil,sultan2 Melayu,laksamana Melayu mmapu menjadi sebuah empayar besarrr?
hang ingat masa tue keturunan orang asli yg bantu sultan Melayu????

Bgsa Melayu mmg rajin....cuma segelintir yg malas!
antara pemalas ialah graduan pusat serenti di seluruh negara....

En saat
Malas satu hal,dah ler kureng pandai,tapi nk keje gaji mcm bos,takmo keje panas2,takmo keje lebih sket,takmo keje kotor,takde kelas katanya..tapi kalu SPM pon cap ayam ,jgn harap le nk gaji ribuan...

Yg graduate plak,ada sebilangan yg eksyen bukan main ,kunun ada ijazah tapi bila suh keje lebih sket, wahhh...naik tocang...ckp gitu gini, nk saman la, apa la...tapi kalau dok ngadap farmvile ternak menatang dalam zoo takde pekdah tu, wat mende...bila deal dgn orang asing,suh handle english comm,hancussss...sabar jelah...balas email pon terkial2....geram ada, tak percaya pon ada...tapi apa nk buat, nk tulun org kita..kalau lebey2 tu blh blah laaa..cari keje lain..

sebab tue aku bg motivation kt semua pekerja setiap 2 minggu
bg depa semangat keje n keje...

kalu dah x makan saman ,buang je lah!
aku pun malas nak pening kpala!

the most effective way to handle employee problem is by being a good manager..

60% employee leave because of their direct manager..
the same applies to problematic employees..
