KLANG GOVERNMENT CLINIC SHUTTER DOWN 30MINS BEFORE CLOSING

The Klang Government Clinic or better known as Klinik Anika closes it door 30 minutes before official closing time. It was 1125 am this morning when I entered their parking space and saw the main entrance shutter already half down. However, it when up again after a kid knocks it while passing thru it.</span>

So, some awaiting outside enter the Clinic taking the opportunity as it widely open again. Their official service  should end at only 12.00 pm while a notice was placed at the entrance notice board that registration of patient will end 10 minutes. We can accept that as doctors and pharmacist too need to call off the day, but why 30 mins before.</span>

While, I was sitting near there one man rushed thru back door to get himself register unfortunately the inner shutter too when down by then.  The staff whom pulling the shutters down , direct him to rush to Klang General Hospital Emergency unit instead of treating him there itself.</span>

You cann't imagine , the hassle to get to Klang General Hospital, then get car park, register yourself at emergency unit and wait ,wait, wait, wait.... as priority only given to RED BLOOD PATIENTS not to usual fever or flu cases.  If you insist , it may anger them asking us to go any private clinic. True or not let the authority investigate but as co-worker surely they will protect them .

Thirty minutes a day , add up to 3 hours per week or 156 manhours per year for a staff . With estimated 20 staffs there , we are losing 3,120 productivity time . In terms of Ringgit with average RM100 per hour it's RM312,000 wasted into drain by just pulling shutter down half on hour.  We must take into account time value of the patients, cost of futile travelling , health pressure they faced and others.  That's only in Klang, how about nationwide...</span>

Now I realise how important to have camcorder with you all the time, any way I manage to shoot some photos using my mobile phone.
