I have nothing against the g'ment workers.

But year in year out, asking for bonus from the g'ment seems ungrateful.

You must realize that the g'ment sector is indeed a social obligation of a g'ment. The g'ment is obligated to take in some % of the population and give them work.

This is why, if you look at the majority of the g'ment staff, they are being accepted as a worker with only minimum qualification. Maybe, this is one of the reasons as to why, the quality of work produced, and the red taps in the government sectors are still high.

With excess in the total numbers of workers, and unable to offload them, the g'ment are trapped.

Looking at the private sectors workers, this is totally diff. They're working cultures are totally diff and they are required to perform to ensure the company they are with make $$ and from that $$$, they can be assured of job. Many other factors are being absorbed by the private sectors workers, during the course of their working tenors. Productivity, KPIs, DPMO etc are in their heads.

Which is why, I think, nobody should question, why the private sectors rewarded their staff with bonuses. But ones need to remember as well, the private sectors workers are also impacted with the economy.

Not every year they get their bonuses!!!!!! And surprising enough, some of them did not even get any increment, let alone bonuses for the past years.

Also, the statement of private sectors workers getting 12 months bonuses etc, those are crap...... Those who got those figure are usually those at HIGH level of management.

The average are getting only 1-3 months.

bg aku cikgu tak byk isu la..so far aku rase gomen nih cegu je la yg okay sket..

tp cam aku nih yg slalu berurusan ngan pejabat tanah, JKR, pejabat daerah...mmg sakit hati je...kul 9 dok lepak lagi minum2...macam le kite nye urusan nih nk tunggu die je...bukan sekali mende nih berlaku ..slalu sgt..tuh yg naik fedap...slalu nye org yg tak kene je tak puas hati, tp bg yg keje gomen tuh mmg slalu cakap depa wat keje bersungguh...itu blom masuk imigresen, mahkamah dll.

baru2 nih kakak aku de kes kat mahkamah seremban, slalu kes start kul 9 pg. sampai2 je, tunggu la dipanggil, nk gi bekfes pon malas...sbb takut die panggil nnt...skali tunggu sampai kul 11, baru le intepreter tuh kate hakim MC...dr kul 9, kul 11 baru nk bgtau...tp dah biasek dah berlaku gitu..tp kang kalu kite komplen, soh kite pi dok luar mesia plak..tu la yg susah..

bab tenet tuh plak, aku tgk kengkawan aku yg keje gomen dok berYM, facebook segala...kate kene block..heran lak aku..camno la nk buat kerja ngan efisyen..asek berkebun je...nih bukan cakap kosong, tp mmg berlaku..

kes yang still bole bertenet, berkebun tu mayb ramai yg bwk USB broadband sndiri ke ofis. setau aku, benda ni pun salah sebenarnya.
aku perasan benda ni pun bila masuk email psl notification dr facebook time ofis hour. org tag la, comment la. pelik gak mcmana le dpt time ofis hour.xkan mudah2 dpt proxy kot kan.

pendapat adik la kan, cuepac ni memalukan staff gomen jer. diorang yang beria mintak  bonus. padahal x semua staf gomen yang desparate bonus.
paling memalukan masa kenaikan gaji dua tahun lepas. dah naik gaji nak mintak bonus lagi.

walaupun kerajaan tak umum bonus tahun ni, masih ada yg sudi byr bonus kat aku...... tapi lewat sket laaaa..... hahahahha

kpd penjawat2 awam yg baru betugas dan memilih skim pencen, wang epf yg akan dapat tu nanti, parking la di tempat yg sepatutnya spt TH or ASB.... sesak2 hujung tahun, boleh juga dpt bonus klu kerajaan tak bagi.....

aku dpt cite dr kawan aku...bf die keje private then dpt offer dr tan sri utk keje kat gomen...bile die masuk keje gomen, terkejut die tgok cr org gomen ni keje...die yg dah biase keje keras and berkejar masa, so mmg cepat lah die buat keje...plg best, bile die mintak staff die buat keje, nk dpt result, mak ai, smpai seminggu...skg die plk kerah staff die keje mcm private...so far dorg boleh ikut...
pada pndapat aku lah, psl buat keje lembab ke, xcekap ke, ni sume environment dorg...bile dorg tgok org atasan buat keje pon lembab, sume pending je, dorg pon terikut2 gak...

ko jgn..kang ade yg suruh ko dok luar negara kang..tak menghargai kerajaan kate nye

slalu mmg gitu, kalu kite komplen nnt staff gomen melenting..kate depa buat keje efisyen...tp kene cam aku yg slalu ngadap depa nih, leh migrain dibuatnye....
