ko tulis lagi 1 surat komplen..

ko bg salinan komplen2 ko yg lepas2..dlm surat tu ko buat la kronologi aduan ko..kalu buleh bg ler name2 staf yg layan ko mase tu..pastu surat komplen tu ko hntr ke tnb tmpt ko, ko cc la kat ceo dia, bhgn aduan ker hape..sure laju jer jln keje kalu dah nmpk cc ke ceo

nanti bila diorg betulkan balik meter tuh... depa wat adjustment account... so, kalau hang dah byr lebey... dia akan kreditkan je dlm bill ko akan dtg...

biasanya org komplen bila bill tinggi jer ... tp kalau bill rendah dr kebiasaan nyer... senyap jer.... pastu bila TNB wat reversal.. kena byk balik perbezaan... mulalah mengamuk sakan...

cik bedah....ko x amek ker detill org2 yg kengkonon amek ripot ko tuh...name dia ker no pekerja dia ke...at lis senang ko nak refer balek kes ko dan senang ko nak bersoal jwb balek ngan org2 tnb...

kalo ko dah ripot ngan kreani2 tuh x jalan gak...ape kate ko tya name pagawai dorang...ko hadap jek ngan pegawai2 yg bergaji beso dr kerani2 tuh.... bio pegawai tnb buat keje lebih ckit jgn duk kire nak naek tarif jek...ko x yah bw parang bedah oi, parang tuh beso..ko bw mangga beso jek..ko kunci pintu opis tnb tuh selagi dorang x betulkn meter umah ko

ari 2 rumah mak aku tukar meter cepat jer. mak aku duk kawasan pedalaman pahang.. ok r.. tappi lepas tukar meter apsal bil jd tinggi banding ngn bulan sebelom ni masa pakai meter lama..

ni umah dekat area mana? dlm bil dia ada ckp alamat pejabat tnb... boleh cek kat situ.. kalau ade member aku kat situ leh gak aku bagitau..

kalau report 15454 mmg lemau sbb line tu concentrate lebih utk laporan gangguan bekalan.. kalau meter rosak ni kena call no tepon alamat yang tertera dlm bil bulanan anda..
