hi,
ade x sesape yg keje admin kt sini?leh tau tak ape yg u buat ari2?
i baru je keje admin,sblm ni dlm it punya bidang. sbb kan i lari dr bidang so skang ni xtau nk wat ape kt opis..pls help sesape yg dh lama keje admin ni.

Kena handle and take care property office macam furniture, stationery, pc/printer/scanner, alat2 letrik lain, barang2 dalam pantry, stor atau mana2 bilik dalam opis kamu. Then kena liase with maintainance people, contractor kalau nak renovate/repair apa2. Kena issue invoice or chase client suruh bayar apa2 bill.

Kena report/advise staff regarding every issue yang berkaitan dgn building tempat keje kamu tu kalau ada org nak buat fogging, cuci opis, ada kecurian di parking lot, ada kereta tak tutup lampu, ada staff tertinggal purse dalam ladies, ada bomba nak buat latihan kebakaran ke, ada laptop kena rembat, ada meeting room yang tak dpt di guna, ada blackout, networking down byk2 lah problem tu. Itu semua admin kena notify staff2 dan buat follow-up dgn related parties.

nice adv tapi yg u bgtau mcm okla kot nk handle tapi kalu mcm nk wat formal letter ke,invoice ke,case yg nk kena liase dgn org lain.tu yg mcm susah ckit.
biase sample surat dpt kt mn,leh dpt from internet x?sorry kalo question mcm x brape cerdik..xleh tanya staff sini sbb sume wat tugas blainan and comp pun baru setup..nk kena belajar sdiri.

cuba bukak file lama kat ctu...u bleh dapat contoh2 surat..invoce...or etc...

Oleh sebab company tu baru set-up, lagi senang utk Aries buat standard sendiri bagi formatkan mcm mana nak buat offical letter, template invoice, template letterhead, official envelope dan apa2 saja basic opis requirements yang belum ada and aries can discuss with boss or make you own decision. Semua tu boleh tengok contoh2 from internet.
